I've had a very good experience with Kailash Hospital. We regularly visit the Sector 27 branch for all our treatments, and the service has always been excellent. My father-in-law has been undergoing dialysis here for the past year, and we haven't faced any issues. The staff is very cooperative, helpful, and supportive throughout. Highly satisfied with the care provided.

Kailash hospital Noida Sec-27 is a good hospital, In one week hospitalization I see staff are too cooperative and Doctors are Very professional. My mother was suffering from Nimoniya and after one day from hospitalization she get relief. HDU and ICU staff also to caring and experienced. All facilities in one campus are good for patient, Senior Staff of management and admin also good, Special Thanks for Vaneja Madam and Joshi sir for their kind support ,I need. But one thing should be done by managment for medicine ,currently to many door step app and medical store are providing medicine on high discount but in this hospital I see there is no discount on medicine,it may be considered.Hope my mother will get well soon after discharge. my Regards to all staff who help us in all treatment.Thank You

I was admitted to Kailash, and I must say the experience has been truly wonderful. The staff here is extremely caring, supportive, and attentive. All the facilities were well-maintained and provided on time, ensuring complete comfort throughout my stay. The doctors, nurses, and other staff members took exceptional care of me, always checking in and making sure I was comfortable. Their dedication and compassion made my recovery journey much smoother. I am truly grateful to the entire team for their excellent service and warm attitude.

I would like to thank Mr. Joshi, Ms. Ritu Vohra , Mr. Anil Tomar, Mr. Dubey ji, Ms. Divya for immense support during my mother's hospitalization in Kailash hospital, sector -27, Noida. They are very cooperative and helpful. The rest of the hospital staff are also very cordial. I had very sour experience when I got my daughter admitted last month in Apollo, sector -26 Noida. Starting from admission, treatment, and discharge everything is very very pathetic. However when I got my mother here from the time the doctors treated her at emergency till the time of discharge everything was smooth and seamless. Even the charges of treatment, tests, doctors visit etc compared to other reputed hospitals are quite economical. I will recommend everyone for Kailash hospital, Sector -27 , Noida . The hospital staff is very polite and humble. Cleanliness is also good, we did face some issue with different doctors not discussing the case among each other however the management staff swiftly helped in getting the doctors changed. Overall the services are excellent and they really do care for their patients. Areas where they can improve could be a bit more of cleanliness in the general wards. Doctor visitations are regular but time is not fixed and i feel it should be looked at. I am glad that I chose Kailash in the time of need.

I am extremely disappointed with the discharge process at this hospital. After days of treatment, the way everything was handled at the end was careless and unprofessional. There was no proper communication, unnecessary delays, and we were left waiting for hours with no updates. Important instructions were not explained clearly, and discharge papers were handed over in a hurry. This kind of experience adds stress to an already difficult time. I expected more compassion and organization from a healthcare facility.
