Dr. Dr. (Prof) D S Gambhir

He may be a good cardiologist, but he was very rude and arrogant during my visit. He spoke in a way that made it seem like people in India don't know anything, just because he studied abroad. It was a very disappointing experience. He really needs to learn how to speak respectfully to his patients.

"Respectful behavior and empathy towards others does not always come along with the foreign fancy degrees. This is the case with Mr. D S Gambhir." While medical qualifications are important, I believe empathy and respectful communication are equally essential--especially in healthcare. Unfortunately, I found my experience with Dr. D. S. Gambhir disappointing in this regard. Despite the high consultation fees, I felt that he did not show the basic courtesy of listening attentively to a patient in distress. The interaction felt rushed and impersonal, which can be very disheartening when you're seeking medical guidance during a difficult time. If you're reading this review, based on my experience, I would not recommend consulting him.

Had gone to the doctor for BP issue of my mother who is 80+. The doctor was very impatient. He had no time to see her past prescriptions and spoke very rudely. He adviced 3 medicines for BP due to which her pulse rate went extremely low. I insisted to prescribe that medicine by which her BP will be in control but the opposite happened. He wants to see a patient which minutes and does not bother to listen to the patients. Such senior doctor with no patience and wrong diagnosis for a senior citizen even when he himself is a senior is horrible. Won't advice anyone to go no matter what.

Very Bad experience. Talk very rudely may be due to his age factor (around 70 Y) .I was visited him because of my chaste pain. He mentioned test Angiography which cost 15000.And I show him the report then he told there is no issue with heart then I asked him what could be the cause of pain he rudely told it is your issue you check yourself. You can not describe your problem as he don't listen much. Don't go with his high name and fame. Choose someone who can treat you well with resolve you respective health issue. I would never ever recommend him. There are many good doctors are available.

Dr. Gambhir is a best Doctor. He is very Polite in Talking. He can do anything in cardiology if he want. But Hospital facilities are very low quality. I am not satisfied with these.

He is fake Old and sick doctor please don't believe him. He is irresponsible. My father's condition was very critical in that case he ignored my father's condition also tried to hide his serious condition also he gives wrong suggestions for stant. My father was old diabetic patients but he was very strong and fight for life and try for recover but after angiography doctor should put stant but he was sick for three days no one cares Angiography wire was still there for 3 days he was not able to move because of wire. Slowly his condition becomes more serious and he becomes die during stant operation.

Please avoid going to kailash or Dr. Gambhir . Pathetic experience with both of them . He messed my father's angioplasty and we had to get another open heart surgery done subsequently which was completely avoidable .It was due to the procedural lax that complications developed and we had to rush to Fortis escorts to save my father's life . The surgeons at kailash said they can't perform the surgery as they don't have the expertise . Please be careful and don't get yourself in a mess where you end up undergoing a bigger surgery just because a doctor messed their procedure that too with such a vital organ .
