9/06/2025 Max Hospital Sector 128 is very bad. I request everyone with folded hands not to bring your patients there. Earlier it was on JP, it was fine, now it is open for return, they are just taking money from the patients. It is a very bad hospital. Very pleased to report that my father was very well looked after by Rita, Shubham, Anjali and Diksha of the Nursing Station on 5th floor East Wing 2. They were always attentive and kind to him. We're most thankful for their care.

My mother underwent a bilateral Knee Replacement Surgery on 11th Feb, 2025 at Max 128 Noida. It was a very bad experience, they dont have appropriate staff to take care of patient, they didnt serve the lunch on the first day after so many reminders. A day after surgery they served dinner to patient after 4 hrs of follow up almost at 11pm. For every small thing you need to push and remind several times, still they will not hear at all. They will just say "Jaypee tha to theek tha ab staff kam hai, pehle hum 2-3 patient dekhte the ab hum 8 patient dekh rhe hain". Even couple of them told we will also leave the job after this month. Staff is least bothered. Even on the day of surgery, did not receive any call from Doctor after the surgery, even to know how surgery went, checked multiple times with the staff but they said Doc is in OT for other surgery. Generally Doc will inform after the surgery in other hospitals and give feedback abt the surgery. Checked with his coordinator also, atlast was able to connect to Dr after getting his contact no from his coordinator at 7:30pm even though surgery was over at 10am. On the day of OT they mentioned they will take patient to OT at 9am, then on the day of OT suddenly they told patient will be taken to OT at 7am. My other family members had to rush in to reach before OT. Later they said Max has implemented timings change from today and they were also not informed. Post surgery patient faced issues passing urine, they did not use the urine bag after the surgery. After telling Doc, then only on the day of discharge urine bag was attached. Although the issue still persists after 20 days of surgery also. Still they are not able to find out the cause of problem after surgery, even though got checked with urologist at Max, no concrete solution or diagnosis from there side. After surgery in the hospital room they had attached some machine which was beeping every 15 mins and patient was not able to sleep with disturbance, their staff dint knew how to sort it out. Reminded them whole day over 10 times but response was poor. Patient had to go to washroom, staff didnt turn up for almost one hr, even after reminding multiple times. All this was horrible. And one of the day Doc suggested some imp medicines, they cud not deliver the medicine from pharmacy since morning till late night, after several reminders. Light was blinking in the room, got it changed after reminder as it was creating lot of disturbance to patient. Attendant doesnt have place to sleep in the multi room at night they will only give one chair to attendant, its a torture for attendant if u stay for 5 days. No water in the washroom on day 1, resumed after complaint. No proper staff at admission counter, had to wait long time as chair was empty and no one was there. Charging points was not working at room for attendant's phone charging. So many issues to list. Had bad experience and wud not recommend to anyone.

As we know that Max Hospital is one of the leading healthcare providers in India, known for its advanced medical facilities, experienced doctors, and compassionate care. Here, my brother has been admitted for his foot treatment, and we are hopeful that he will receive the best possible care and recover soon under their expert supervision.

Worst experience with this hospital. I had a very bad experience with this bad hospital. The staff is bad but the doctor is even worse. These people only want to make money. For them, human life has no value. In the name of giving discount on bill, the scoundrels will first add the full amount in the bill and then after reducing the same money and then they will say that they have given a discount....... Bullshit .... This is the before and after condition of our pateint when they admit in this hospital and then they discharge our paitient .....

Max Hospital, Noida128 , truly felt like home, with its comfortable and relaxing environment. The staff's exceptional warmth and care made me forget I was in a hospital. Dr. Amit Srivastava's and Dr. Anshul jain's expertise in neurology is top-notch, and his guidance was invaluable, despite his strict demeanor. The food was a highlight - healthy, delicious, and personalized to my preferences. The staff would ask about my daily food choices and tailor meals accordingly. The hospital's cleanliness was impressive, with daily room cleaning. Overall, the perfect blend of care, comfort, and expertise made my stay smooth and helped me heal faster. experience that I'd highly recommend. Thank you so much all the staff they were like real sister Mene suna tha hospital staff bahut rude hota h but ye sare toh himmat dene wale staff hain yahan tak ki OT ke doctors ki team bhi itni smiling face ki operation se bhi dar na lge I'm impressed

I am writing this review to document a deeply distressing and unsatisfactory experience my family and I had at Max Hospital NOIDA (Sector 128) during a recent consultation for my father. Upon consultation, the cardiologist, immediately directed my father to the Emergency Department under the guidance of Dr. Madhulika. Despite our repeated and explicit instructions that we did not wish to proceed with admission and were only seeking prescribed medication and diagnostic guidance, the attending medical staff were uncooperative and inflexible. They categorically refused to provide the necessary medications unless my father was admitted, despite earlier assurances that medication would be administered and that diagnostic tests, including the Troponin I (Trop I) test, would be initiated promptly. When we followed up with the staff after a considerable amount of time had passed, we were informed, to our utter dismay, that neither had the medication been administered nor had the sample for the Trop I test been collected. This level of negligence and lack of communication is unacceptable, particularly in a healthcare setting where timely intervention is critical. It was made abundantly clear to the attending team that our intention was to avoid unnecessary hospitalization. However, the hospital staff insisted on proceeding with admission procedures as a prerequisite for any form of medical treatment or testing. This practice not only contradicts patient autonomy but also raises serious concerns about the hospital's protocols and priorities. Upon our request to discharge my father due to the delay and refusal to proceed without admission, the hospital further prolonged the discharge process unnecessarily, adding to the emotional and physical strain on our family. At no point were we provided with clear reasoning for these delays, nor were we treated with the respect and transparency that every patient and family member deserves. This experience reflects a gross lapse in both ethical medical practice and basic patient care. It is imperative that hospitals maintain transparency, respect patient consent, and prioritize timely medical intervention over procedural formalities and institutional protocols. Till date, we haven't received the Trop I report, however, such tests only take maximum 3-4 hours to release the report. I sincerely hope Max Hospital takes this feedback seriously and initiates corrective actions to prevent such distressing experiences for other patients and families in the future.

We had pathetic experience with the discharge process today. Every step and process took approximately 2 hours and 10 reminders. The process of discharge started at 11:30 AM - The bill was settled at 1:00 PM because insurance was not there. - Then started long hours of waiting. - It took them 3 hours to create a summary report. - The person to change clothes took 1 hour and 8-9 reminders/follow ups - In the evening we were told there is some more amount left to settle. - The wheel chair took 40 minutes to reach for drop. The patient in question here is suffering from Stage 4 cancer which has metastaized, we signed all papers to keep the treatment conservative knowing about reality of our patient. They performed every type of scan or test possible on patient inspite of knowing about her condition. Wish it would have been Jaypee Hospital only.
