Dr. Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital Noida Extension

Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, Extension Noida I was admitted to Yatharth Super Speciality Hospital, Extension Noida, on the night of the 16th May 2025 for wrist DRUJ surgery. While the medical care from the doctors and nurses has been commendable--they are attentive, skilled, and genuinely caring--my overall experience at the hospital has been quite disappointing due to several serious management and infrastructure issues. Firstly, I had to wait over three hours just to get a private room, which was frustrating, especially in a planned admission scenario. After being admitted, I faced continuous discomfort as the air conditioning in the room was not functional for over three days. Despite repeated complaints, the issue was not resolved, and only after considerable follow-up was I shifted to a room with a working AC. The lift situation is another major inconvenience. Out of the three elevators available, one is reserved exclusively for doctors, one remains out of service, and only one lift is operational for patients and visitors. Being on the 12th floor, it takes me nearly 15 minutes just to reach the basement level (B1), which is extremely taxing for someone recovering from surgery. Additionally, the behavior and coordination of the management staff have been quite poor. Every time we raised a concern, instead of addressing it professionally, the staff would often argue amongst themselves, adding to our distress. While I deeply appreciate the efforts of the medical professionals--especially the doctors and nursing staff--the overall hospital management and facilities need urgent improvement. It's unfortunate that such a well-equipped hospital falls short in providing a smooth and comfortable experience for its patients due to administrative shortcomings.

Worst services, no attention & very careless about patient. My baby admitted but took 2 days to decide what test need to do & even no process & clarity for any treatment. No synchronization between department & staff, doctor, management person. Incompetent staff & doctor. Total money minded. A big ZERO for all. I had discharged my baby with own responsibility & took other state for better treatment. Now my baby is safe & secure. No issue what incompetent Yatharth doctor said, even their MRI report is wrong & is straightly discarded by other state hospital doctor( as I had brought the report cd with me). Now this noble profession is engulfed by money minded medical & business people. So I do not recommend any one for Yatharth hospital. Our love ones are precious .

My wife delivered our first baby at Yatharth Hospitals. The doctors and nurses took good care of her before and after the delivery. We had a good experience.

As her daughter, I can confidently say that her health recovery is truly because of his timely and accurate diagnosis, patient guidance, and the genuine concern he showed throughout her treatment. He didn't just see her as a case--he treated her like a person, with empathy and patience. His calm, reassuring approach made a world of difference to our family during a very stressful time. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Ms. Vidhi, the coordinator radiology department whose support behind the scenes made everything smoother for us. She was always approachable, organized, and ensured we never felt lost during the process. Her kindness and prompt coordination made us feel genuinely cared for, not just as patients, but as people. Very poor experience at Yatharth Hospital - Unsafe for emergency care I took my father to Yatharth Hospital's emergency when his blood pressure was dangerously high. Shockingly, there was no live monitoring system to continuously track his condition -- something that should be basic in any emergency ward. After giving medication, I requested twice to recheck his BP as no live monitor was available. Even worse, the emergency bed we were assigned was dirty, and right after touching it, I started feeling irritation in my throat -- clearly, hygiene and sanitation are not their priority. This raises serious concerns about infection control in the hospital. But what disappointed me the most: before even starting proper treatment, the staff asked, "Do you have health insurance? Do you want to get admitted?" It felt like their first concern was filling empty beds, not the patient's condition. This experience has shattered my trust in Yatharth Hospital. I strongly advise others to be cautious and consider better-equipped, patient-first hospitals -- especially during emergencies.

Had a smooth experience during my father's surgery. The doctors were excellent, and the support staff was cooperative.

I was admitted to Yatharth Hospital, Noida Extension in Jan 2025 for AVN (Avascular Necrosis) treatment and underwent surgery during my stay. My overall experience was excellent. A special thanks to Ms. Reena (Ortho Coordinator) - she was extremely helpful throughout the process, from managing appointments to assisting with paperwork. Her support made everything smooth and stress-free. I'd also like to sincerely thank Dr. Abhishek, Dr. Vipul, and Dr. Shashank and their entire surgical team. They handled my case with great professionalism and care. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident and comfortable at every step. The staff was attentive, and the hospital facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, I highly recommend Yatharth Hospital for orthopedic care. Excellent team and outstanding service!

Regarding our most recent baby birth care, I would want to express my gratitude to Dolly, Meenakshi, Sudipsha, and Neha from feeding. Manuja, the floor manager, was excellent. Excellent and compassionate were the doctors and other medical personnel. Extremely grateful and highly recommended.
