I would like to sincerely thank Pooja Hospital, Najibabad, for their exceptional medical support during the initial stages of my wife's pregnancy. The care, professionalism, and attention we received from the hospital, especially from Dr Rakhi M Agarwal and staff, were truly commendable. They guided us with accurate diagnosis, clear communication, and genuine concern for both the mother and the baby. Earlier, we visited another hospital in Kotdwar for the initial check-up, but unfortunately, the reports provided there were misleading and caused us unnecessary stress. Thankfully, we decided to seek a second opinion at Pooja Hospital, and it turned out to be the best decision. Their team not only corrected the misinformation but also gave us the right direction and reassurance we needed at that time. After a lot of consultation, I chose this hospital for my sister's delivery. It was cesarian. I really recommend this hospital to everyone. Specially Dr. Rakhi mam is very much understanding and cooperative. She gave proper and adequate time to us and solved even the slightest query of ours. Mona di was also very helpful. Chargea are also affordable. Hospital staff is very cooperative. They always give proper guidance and take extreme care after delivery. They regularly come to check the patient and the new boarn. Doctor is available 24 hr and once at 2am in night, I had a issue and even then also, doctor was available. Rooms are clean and hygiene is maintained. Parking facility is also available. Also, dr sandeep sir is also cautiously watching the new borns. Just one thing to change. The person who is responsible for parking the card in street in front of hospital is demanding money every time. It is deteriorating hospitals image. Thanks for everything.
