Dr. GK HOSPITAL

Dr. Akash listens to patients attentively, but it has often been observed that he spends more time than expected with each patient, and during consultations, he sometimes starts sharing his own personal experiences. As a result, other waiting patients are left waiting for a long time. Some staff members themselves have mentioned that when the number of patients increases, and files from outside are placed on the doctor's table, he becomes irritable and sometimes angrily tells the staff, "You see the patient, I'm not seeing them." It has also been observed that the reception desk staff often laughs in front of patients and makes comments about the doctor's habits. We ourselves have been inconvenienced by this situation on several occasions. I hope the hospital management takes this feedback seriously and takes appropriate steps toward improving the overall patient experience.

I visited GK hospital last week , and I noticed this issue myself.I don't feel comfortable discussing balance money directly with doctor. I have also heard similar concern from other people. That's why I'm sharing my feedback here so that my experience reaches the management for necessary action. Many times she doesn't return balance money, saying "please collect it later " but never gives it back.I hope that the management will take appropriate action and improve services ,she is often seen chiwng gum, seems in a hurry and is not focused on her work.

I visited GK hospital last week and I noticed that management of hospital is good. All staff is honest, careful in their job. I feel this hospital is best in Nagina, and always will be recommended by me. There are very good facilities for the treatment of sick patient. I felt was that the diagnosis made by Dr Akash Agarwal is quick and appropriate enough for any patient to respond to his treatment given.. thanks and keep up the good work..

There is no one better than Dr. Aakash in the whole of Nagina. The treatment and the management given by him is very good. I send all my relatives to him. He is very disciplined and very good in everything. Such a better staff and better management. Thank you so much sir for all your hard work.

At gk hospital,the staff speaks rudely to patients.if u ask them to confirm with the dr.they say " dr will scold us" or " I can't ask" and send patients back without asking .they don't even let u meet the dr. Even patient coming from far-off villages in extreme heat get no cooperation and are forced to take medicine without seeing the dr. The doctor sides with such staff and doesn't understand both sides. We respect the dr. But can't raise every amall issues about what the staff is doing outside So many patients quietly suffer this. A responsible, patient -friendly receptionist great needed.whn the medicine is prescribed for 15 days and there's no response on WhatsApp, the patient will obviously have to visit the hospital in case of any issue. Secondly , if someone is coming to consult offline, their concern should at least be heard properly.
