Dr. IIMT Life Line Hospital

The hospital is very nice and neat and clean it looks good . The room was very clean AC and tv facilities are also available . There are very much facilities. There is a temple it was very beautiful . The little pond was made side on the temple

Very bad staff. Don't risk your family members health as the hospital is having very poor staff Most of the staff is new and having no experience. They try to procrastinating things and tell to check with someone else telling other people's name. Nursing staff on phone busy with phone only. Govind having good knowledge in emergency and Sonu in ICU are good Reception girl and fresher Nurse who are students, putting wrong date on patient's tag twice not sure how they will give medicines or injections Rohit , shashi on second floor totally unresponsive. Washroom of the ICU was in bad condition. Everyone takes a lot of time in their work. Arun in TPA is good. Nice temple in the campus of lord Ram, Shiva & Sai Baba with hungry fishes in the pond water surrounding temple. Do carry some AATA if u go to feed the fishes. Actually INFRA they have made good but the staff is poor so patient has to suffer. Canteen boy, Rahul is the best. Greeting and serving food with smile. Hope you and your family stay healthy. Worst hospital ever I got injured and my nose was bleeding they said first u have to get the slip then only they will treat and as an iimtian they are charging 800 rupees for the treatment and 420 for the xray very bad for IIMT for the college students they should give us free treatment as we are paying the fees and all stuff very disappointed with iimt

Staff don't have experience, if you go to chest x-ray then after slip staff saying here no chest X-ray machine this is the 1 case like that too many cases on daily basis

Poor staff ... They don't care about visiting people..busy in their own work... You have to wait minimum 1 hour in any kind of administrative work such as billing

Poor service, uncooperative staff and doctors never arrives on time

Service for admitted patients is too poor. Staff of the hospital is completely non responsive, non cooperative and has no respect to pateint and the persons with them. No attention is given on contact with the staff on counters. I have been waiting for 2 hours for billing and papers of discharge, but no responsibility is being discharged by any staff.

Wrost Services. Not Recommended Dr Bharti Jindal Not coming on timely in IIMT Life Line Hospital. Hospital Manager saying 10:00 AM than 10:00-11:00AM than 1:00PM than 1:00-2:00PM than 2:30PM than 3:00 PM than 3:30 than 4:00 but now 4:03PM still not coming. I am admitted the patient on 5/05/2024 (10:00PM) now 6/05/2024 (5:03PM) still not coming.
