Dr. Medanta Super Speciality Hospital, Lucknow

My friend was admitted to this hospital and I was with her for 4 days in the hospital.After that I'm writing this review .And thank you to Dr.Ravishankar and his team . Pros: *Treatment and operation was Successfully done and was very much satisfying. *They uses only branded medicine no single generic medicines are used. *Behaviours of staff ,nurse , pantry was great, no one will shout on you like in government hospital. *Hygiene and Cleanliness was amazing. Cons: *Very expensive *And unnecessary expenses make it more expensive for example like a sanitizer bottle of 250rs (same brand I checked online) ,they give us of 908rs. *Fifty gloves of 1200rs ,out of which only 10 are used. If they can cut down this additional cost , Maybe even those with limited means will feel empowered to seek this treatment."

We reached at Medanta around 4 am in the morning worried about the health and how the service would be But the hospital emergency ward was very quick with operating and doing all the basic procedures with maintaining utmost cleanliness. My mother was thoroughly examined ,consulted and treated by Dr.Vipul Prakash (Pulmonologist) and his team. Before starting with how Medanta was I would like to thank Dr.Vipul Prakash for being not only good doctor but a very nice human being. He is perfect example of how a doctor should be. He was always there explaining each and every process , treatment and all our questions very calmly and clearly. We were in hospital for approx 20days and he was of a great help for us Appreciate him for his dedication towards work. World needs more doctors like you Sir. Also if there is anything by any way I can do to appreciate him ...please let me know Starting with Medanta journey I am from Mumbai My mother was earlier hospitalised in Banaras due to no recovery in her Heath we came to Medanta Emergency ward treatment was top notch. The ICU setup and overall hygiene was great We had one to one consultation with the doctor everyday discussing about her health and progress. The meeting time was afternoon 15 mins and evening 15 mins only(1 person at a time can see the patient) Patient family was provided with a ID card which was for patient family identification. For a single person a common room was allotted to take rest where all ICU patients 1 attendant can sleep. Male and female had different rooms in common Attendant cafeteria is there which is little cheaper compare to cafe in lobby General ward was good but Female assistant count was less because of which patient had to suffer. TPA department was very bad they sent the incorrect invoice twice to the insurance company because of which our entire discharge process got delayed Overalll good experience

I had a truly wonderful experience at the Medanta Blood Bank in Lucknow. The entire process was smooth, professional, and handled with great care. I had a really good experience at Medanta Hospital, Lucknow. The doctors and staff were very polite, professional, and helpful. The hospital is super clean and well-organized, which made me feel safe and comfortable. From the moment I entered, everything was smooth The doctors listened carefully and explained everything in a simple way, which really helped. The nursing staff was also very kind and always available when needed.

One of the finest hospitals of Lucknow. Awesome staff, top notch facilites like Radiology, Gamma, PET CT all under one roof, great doctors and well equipped for any situation. Most of the doctors here are from SGPGI, Lucknow so no chance of any mismanagement or anything! Definitely recommend it for treatment.
