The Hospital services are good and the staff behaviour was also good and it's a well known hospital in kanpur for their treatment and services doctors here are also good and experienced. And it provides almost all the treatments and it's a multi speciality hospital with ICU, NICU and 24x7 ambulance service.

In super deluxe room they are spreading viruses without giving all out inspire of three times asked there staff to provide all out everytime they were like karwate hai

Worst hospital in kalyanpur, never do online payment here, they will kept your money for months, by saying they have not received your money in hospital account, they will not allow your patient for operation or any test. They don't care about patients, Accountant is too much rude. After 15-20 days, they will return your money after so much visit.

Spm hospital is too nice experience with us staff behaviour very polite and soft talking specially Dinesh ji is too coprative person and too much helpful with patients.we are too pleased that visited there . please visit and meet Mr Dinesh Srivastava for any help...

SPM very good hospital, great service. All staff members was very humble and helpful. The nurses, doctor's and housekeeping staff all very cooperative and helpful. Sister Swati is expert, talented and best nurse of SPM hospital.

Worst hospital , illiterate staff , no mannerisms to communicate with patients family who are already suffering from a trauma . The sweeper staff of the hospital is much much better than the reception staff . A special hi light for the receptionist, Abhishek Bajpayee who tired to bully my parents and the family of the patient who are a relatives of ours , people like him hold no place to work in a hospital where patience and politeness is required . Hospital management , please hire your staff accordingly .

Ideally I wouldn't give a single star just because hospital administration staff is incompetent. Don't know about the doctors yet but yes administration is very poor. And if you question them they will give a register to write the complaint and close the same right on your face. I went for a blood exchange and just to let you know they offered me water as refreshments. Ideally that can help but if you ask them they will say management decision. Hospital is new i hope they will get better, although I didn't had a good experience doesn't mean everyone will have the same.

This hospital is like a boon to mankind. They saved my mother's life and now mine too. The staff is very cooperative and friendly. The doctors are also very nice and helpful and patient. They don't get angry or anything. I would have given more stars if possible.
