Dr. Abhinit Gupta has been looking after both my mum and dad for over 12 years, and I honestly can't express how grateful we are for him. He recently did a pacemaker operation for my mum, and from start to finish, he made everything feel less scary and more manageable. His calm, caring nature and the way he explains everything so clearly really helped put us all at ease. What makes Dr. Gupta so special is that he doesn't just treat you like a patient--he treats you like family. He genuinely cares, takes his time, and makes sure you feel supported every step of the way. You can tell he's not only highly skilled, but he has a big heart too. Living in the UK, it's always been tough being so far from my parents in Kanpur. But Dr. Gupta and his amazing team have always gone out of their way to support us. They help arrange appointments, keep me informed, and make sure my parents are well looked after. That kind of support means the world--it's taken away so much stress and worry, knowing they're in such good hands when I can't be there myself.
