Dr. Regency Multi Super Speciality Hospital - Tower 1, Sarvodaya Nagar, Kanpur

I am writing this review to grab the attention of the uuper management to the questionable behaviour and activity of their cleaning and maintenance staff at the general ward. I am still in the hospital with my patient and every night the staff makes noises, doesn't sleep, drag iron chairs around, talk loudly and does everything to make sure that the patients and caretakers do not sleep. They just dont sleep till 3, and they make sure that all the patients are disturbed and irritated at night.....they are so noisy and ignorant towards the patients......they are actually doing their morning tasks in the night to lighten their burden but they dont care about the sleeping patients..... Such bad take care in the name of such respected hospital.....you only get to know when you enter the building......its the perfect example of "Naam bade darshan chhote"......no difference in govt hospital and "REGENCY HEALTHCARE "......Really disappointed......paying so much everyday and our patient even cannot sleep peacefully at night!!!!!

I recently had surgery at [regency tower 1 ], and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I received. From the moment I was admitted to the time I was discharged, the entire process was smooth, professional, and comforting. The surgical team was highly skilled and took the time to explain everything to me beforehand, which helped ease any anxiety I had. The nurses and support staff were incredibly attentive, kind, and always available to answer questions or provide support during recovery. The facility itself was clean, well-organized, and clearly focused on patient comfort and safety. I especially appreciated how the staff communicated with my family and kept them updated throughout the procedure. Thanks to the excellent care I received, my recovery has been going well. I truly felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I would highly recommend [regency tower 1 ] to anyone in need of surgical care.

I don't even want to give one star, but i have to.This is the worst hospital i have ever seen, the doctors only play with patient health for money. One of my relative went to this hospital and the doctors only and only had taken money, not even a single improve in health. Sometimes the doctor say that the health is improving, sometimes they say that the health is critical because they want to make patient in the hospital for long period so that doctors charge more and more.The doctor had make my relative to be ventilator more than 1 month and they had made the condition serious.The doctor had not even done the surgery in a correct way.When the doctor had taken all the money and made the condition worse he finally transfer the patient to other hospital. And from that other hospital we got know that the surgery had done in a wrong way. So i am requesting everyone whoever read this if you ever going to this this hospital or any other hospital please see all the reviews and have the information about the hospital, because life is so precious and because of these types of doctors and hospitals the patient and Patient family had to gone through so much from physically to mentally pain.

Fraud hospital , staff and doctors dont know how to talk to patients . Very rude behaviour , its just a money minting machine , they dont even care if patient is in pain. After taking huge sum in advance if you complain about their mismanagement then instead of apology they will threat you that they will not operate

I had an amazing experience during my brothers treatment at Regency Hospital. The super deluxe room was comfortable and well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant stay. The medical care provided was commendable, and the healthcare professionals were attentive and knowledgeable. However, there was a minor hiccup at the TPA counter, where the staff could have been more helpful. Despite this, the rest of the staff ensured a smooth and efficient experience. I appreciate the excellent care my brother received during his treatment.

OPD IS PATHETIC WAITING 2-3 hours minimum..No number display does not works .... when asked to STAFF they say can't tell waiting no status will call when free spend so much and wait like govt hospital sometime even without sitting STAFF ALSO TREATS BADLY...they are too frustrated it seems.

I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my father received at Regency Hospital in the OPD department. He went in for abdominal pain, and instead of properly diagnosing the issue, the doctors rushed him into an unnecessary endoscopy - without clear explanation, urgency, or consent. Not only was the procedure expensive, but it also caused more discomfort and did nothing to relieve his pain. It felt like they were more interested in pushing costly tests than genuinely caring for the patient's well-being. We trusted them to help, but all we got was careless behavior, lack of proper communication, and a painful experience for my father. Regency Hospital has shown that patient care is secondary to their hunger for money. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone. Please think twice before taking your loved ones here.
