Today my mother visited Regency Hospital for a consultation. Unfortunately, the experience at the reception was extremely disappointing. The receptionist spoke very rudely and behaved in an unprofessional manner, which is unacceptable in a hospital that claims to provide quality care. Patients and their families deserve to be treated with respect, sensitivity, and courtesy, especially at the front desk which forms the first impression of the hospital. I sincerely request the hospital management to take strict note of this incident and ensure appropriate action is taken, so that no other patient has to face such behavior in the future. No matter how good the doctors or facilities may be, poor staff attitude can ruin the entire experience.

I recently visited for a routine full health checkup, and the experience was excellent overall. The facility is clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. The entire process was hassle-free and well-guided, with a smooth flow from pathology to radiology tests. It took around 3 hours to complete all tests, and I was impressed by the streamlined process and the use of top-notch equipment. The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout, making the experience comfortable and stress-free. The only suggestion for improvement would be to reduce the total time to around 2 hours, which would make the experience even better. My 4-star rating is not for the service itself, which was excellent, but for the potential to enhance efficiency. Thank you to the entire team for a positive experience!

It's going to be a very busy day, especially for medical checkups. If you have an ultrasound scheduled, be prepared to spend the whole day at the hospital, fasting from morning till 4-5 pm."The doctors' punctuality is a concern as they often arrive late, and the staff's attitude can be quite unfriendly..

We went in for comprehensive health checkup. It was easy, smooth and streamlined. The facility has top level equipments and the staff is friendly. Clean and hygienic clinic.

Exceptionally good service staff....I have been going there since last three years for Annual Health checkup..it has always been very smooth....thanks to team Regency at Parade and especially Sri Swapnil Tewari.....

Perfect place for OPD, health checkup and vaccination of child. Staff are very very supportive. But otherhand security staff behavior very bad. Everyone can reach in this clinic from everywhere in city.
