One of the worst hospital I have ever came around. 90% staff of uneducated. Assistant doctor comes for visit but he doesn't what's the issue, they just say senior doctor will let you know about the condition. They just come to assure the patient family that everything is fine and nothing to worry and on the other side our patient is telling that I'm not feeling good. i have attached the photo of the equipment that's malfunctioning and showing the heart rate of 204. This is after when they have changed the machine and still it's not working properly. I asked the hospital staff to change it, they said we have done the ECG. So I asked asked them to remove the equipment when it's not working. They said just let it be. This is how they response. It's literally a nightmare for me and my family that we got our family members admitted here in madhuraj hospital. I wouldn't recommend anybody to come here if you want your patient safe.

Dr Madhu Loomba treats patients based on how much money they're willing to spend. She tends to belittle those who are unable to afford expensive diagnostic tests, exceeding 10k even when they appear medically unnecessary.
In this hospital, no number is given to the patient. The files of those with recommendations are processed first. Old patients are given priority and new patients are made to wait for a long time. I reached the hospital from Bithoor at 10:40, the OPD receipt was cut at 10:54 and my number came After waiting for 3 hours. No proper arrangements of opd patients file according they arrived at hospital those came first attended last n those came last attended first
PLEASE READ BEFORE VISITING THIS HOSPITAL I recently visited the hospital for uterus removal. Dr. Madhu Loomba suggested me for ultrasound after rejecting my one day before report of ultrasound. After paying Rs.1500 they gave me another ultrasound report. Dr. Madhu Loomba suggested me for general physician after observation of my report. She told me all the heavy charges but didn't see that I have a prostate according to the film. She went through the report but didn't see the film carefully. Dr. Loomba plz make sure that you are taking the patients seriously.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at Madhuraj hospital. The staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful. Despite multiple requests, we were not given proper attention or clear communication regarding the patient's condition. It felt like the patient's concerns were not taken seriously, and the overall attitude of the staff was indifferent and unwelcoming. Healthcare is supposed to be about compassion and support, but unfortunately, that was completely missing from our experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving patient care and staff behavior.
