I had a truly wonderful experience at this hospital. The facilities are excellent, the cleanliness is top-notch, and the entire staff is supportive and professional. Dr. Gaurav Chawla is one of the best doctors I have come across. He listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and provides treatment with great care and expertise.

Dr Rajan luthra is an excellent doctor of KMC for surgery purposes. All staff and doctors are well trained and soft-spoken. The employees of the marketing department of kmc need some training of communication skills.

Good treatment given by doctor and very supportive nursing staff . Housekeeping staff excellent services and always be on time when patient need anything. Soft diet very hygiene and fresh food. Thanks for KMC hospital.

Overall ok. Dr Gaurav treating well and communicate properly. 5* for cleanliness & treatment. 1* for unprofessional behaviour of nursing staff at the time of discharge. No staff wants to communicate properly on discharge. no assistance or medication details how to be taken or guidance by day shift nursing staff.. charged for dietician but no diet chart provided. After asking medication or on related queries, female nursing have no idea about what will be answer for same.. There were Just doing formalities, no attention giving at that time while needed most..forcefully feedback form taken before from discharge. looking just to treat properly. should have to improve on that, rest good.

Doctor treatment excellent and dr hs Chawla sir and dr Saurabh Chawla is the best in KMC hospital . Nursing staff and other staff really good and housekeeping staff available all times .

The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed during my stay. My doctor was absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and truly cared about my well-being. They took the time to listen to all of my concerns and questions, and provided me with clear and detailed explanations of my treatment options. They also made sure to follow up with me after my discharge to ensure that I was continuing to recover properly. Overall, I had an excellent experience at this hospital and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of medical care. The staff and my doctor truly went above and beyond to make sure that I received the best possible care, and I am so grateful for their kindness and expertise. My patient is almost fine after getting treatment from this KMC hospital.the doctor"s panel listen patiently everything from patient"s attendent. Moreover the nursing staff is very polite and supportive towards patient.but the cleaning staff usually try to get too close without any need.and the attached washroom is not properly cleaned by cleaning staffs.the dietition is very understandable about patient's need.
