Dr. Fortis Hospital Greater Noida - Best Hospital in Greater Noida

Absolutely unprofessional & careless doctors. Had a very bad experience with the knee injury of my wife ( a senior citizen ) by an Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon ( I would avoid to name ) who wanted an x-ray of the injured knee & asked nurses to open the existing dressing of few days old accidental knee injury for his inspection. However, when the wound was undressed by the Nurses, the Consultant doctor didn't visit the patient himself in the dressing room but sent his junior to have a look who in turn didn't even enter the dressing room but had a look from the door itself & told nurses to do the dressing. Was advised braces and medicines from their own Pharmacy worth 6000 for two weeks apart from braces costing appx 3000. Shockingly, Prescription sheet of the Consultant doctor didn't record basic information like date of injury, details of injury, patients age, about BP/Diabetes or any other ailments etc. Just a name & x-ray advice, no age, no gender or Registered Patient ID. Had to go for second opinion to another hospital after wasting almost over a week with no improvement or recovery of the injury. Very very negligent & unprofessionalism ignoring all medical ethics & oath. It could have been a very frightening medical emergency had we trusted & continued Fortis Gr Noida treatment. I would strongly recommend consider other hospitals in the vicinity before this hospital with insensitive team of Doctors.

I am writing this letter in reference to my wife's FESS, Septoplasty and Turbinectomy operations, which began with her admission at Fortis Hospital, Greater Noida at 7 am on 17 July. The dedication, punctuality and humanity with which the Dr, Nursrs, housekeeping. And others staff of the hospital performed their duties during this entire treatment period is highly commendable. Especially the alertness with which all the staff - Payal, Kamlesh, Waheeda, Sadhna, Shyama and Sister Rakhi - served under the supervision of Mr. Sachin Sharma, gave us a lot of mental relief. In a place like a hospital where people are in a state of illness and anxiety, the cooperative attitude of the doctors, nursing staff and housekeeping team becomes a great support for the patients and their families. I would like to mention in particular one mother whose soft-spoken and warm demeanour made me feel very comfortable and at home. I will always remember her love and service. I pray to God that all of you have a bright future, and that you remain healthy, happy and inspiring in your respective fields

I had a great experience with the hospital, particularly with the housekeeping staff and the team that prepares and delivers food to rooms. Their services were exceptional - from maintaining cleanliness to providing attentive care and checking on my condition. I'd like to specifically mention a few staff members who stood out for their excellent service during my 4-5 day stay - Kamlesh, Gunjan, Ankit, Monashree, Devendra and Sachin Sharma.

I was there for my hernia injury.my Dr Vijay Anand is a very well behaved ,very caring. I m satisfied with my surgery during stay in hospital all staff like nurse,dietician n cleaning was very helpful. Thanks to all hospital staff for caring.

Very Good services in every aspects. Dr. Shantanu Singhal is very good in nature (willingness to help patient and its attendant). Helping staff, Smooth work flow. Very neat and clean hospital. Highly recommended.

Very bad experience in Emergency Deptt. Patient's well-being, diagnosis and treatment is not in focus here. Went for diagnosis/ treatment of a minor injury only as a precautionary measure. They ignored what patient/ patient's parent, as attendant, are telling about the injury, are more focussed in how to convert the case of a minor injury into an accident and burdening the patient by Rs. 2100/- for an MLC report forced upon the patient. Half an hour wasted in this discussion without any treatment/ diagnosis. They even went on saying what patient/ patient's parent (the attendant) is saying is immaterial and they, by their own assumptions, will decide about it. Very much annoyed in wait for even diagnosis to start, had to leave for a hospital where treatment is in focus, instead of all bullshit except treatment. I will rate the doctor and staff on duty highly unprofessional and unbecoming of an doctor. They acted one step ahead of the famous MUNNABHAI MBBS movie scene, as even the 'accident' element was missing here.
