Dr. Shahi Global hospital

Worst experience of my life. My father got pacemaker placement in this hospital, he is a patient of diabetes since 25 yrs. After admitting to the hospital, management started all procedures for pacemaker operation but nobody gave a damn about his diabetes. He was not given any medicine or insulin(which he is taking from past 7-8 yrs.). In addition to it there is no cleanliness at all, if you have to go the washroom once you cannnot come back without puking. My father got fungal infection due to lack of cleanliness due to which he is still suffering. Please don't depend on hospital for anything, they are not able to take care of your patient.

I visited Shahi Global Hospital for carrying out ceasarian operation. Hospital management was overall very good, nurses were very helpful and Hospital provided 3 times light snacks and 2 times meal to patient free of cost. Drinking water which is RO purified and cooled was provided 24*7. Hospital charges are also quite reasonable compared to other hospitals of Gorakhpur. Doctors are very professional, responsible, caring and friendly to patients and their family.

Exceptional care and expertise at Shahi Global Hospital ! The faculty, from doctors to nurses, were incredibly compassionate and professional, making the patient experience as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend their outstanding team.

I heard that Dr is another name for God but now I have seen this in the form of Dr. Shivshankar Shahi ji. Reason being before 1 week my relative named Indradev Thakur Ji aged 75 years from bihar was just about to die, his kideny liver was not functioning properly, hemoglobin level was decreasing continously and reahed at 4.5 and sugar was at hieghest. All family member has lost their hope but at the same time I have taken decision to visit Shahi Global Hospital. Dr Saheb has co operated very well and treatment has begun with Ayushman Card. After 1 week treatment the patient who was about to die, discharged from the hospital with smiling face... Thank you very much Mr. Shahi Ji Me along with my all family members will always be gratefull for you

My wife was admitted in hospital due to kidney stone surgery but doctor's careless behaviours towards her that's why she suffered serious Uti infection after surgery and then when we change the doctor it's completely resolves by proper examinations & treatment.

Worst experience, doctor,s doesn't have knowledge what to do and what not. They gives the wrong knowledge of patient,s problem.even more costly hospital.

A My experience at The Shahi Global Hospital with Dr Shahi was a very bad experience all round. There was deceit, greed, lack of care and generally unhelpful. Dr Shahi was charming when we first saw him to discuss the laparoscopy for inguinal hernia. He said no problem, simple, as he does it many times. The recovery time would be about 3 days. ( In the event it took 10 days before the stitches were removed). At the cash desk their machine didn't work with 3 different cards. So my niece rushed to cash machine on motorbike to 3 different banks. We were hassled to sign forms that had not been filled in. (Informed consent?) Immediately before giving me anaesthetic a photo was taken of us all. (Patient confidentiality) I expected laparoscopy. When he came for the morning visit I asked if all went ok. He didn't say that it was open surgery nor looked at the wound although I asked him twice how it went. He prodded the dressing over the wound and said fine. It wasnt until the nurse changed the dressing that we saw it wasn't keyhole surgery at all. My overnight experience was uncomfortable. The buzzer wasn't working so I had to keep calling louder and louder which was painful. When I needed to pass urine a woman came with a bedpan. After she asked for money which I didn't have. She then leant over my face giving me a nasty glare. The next time she left the door wide open and treated me roughly. In the night a male nurse came into to ask for a photograph for instagram. They took the drip out overnight presumably so that they could sleep. The room was dirty and I was very uncomfortable with their attitude. Some paper work has now been removed from ultra sound done previously by another centre which was professional. I couldn't get away from Shahi Global Hospital fast enough. His excuses and reasoning were not at all valid.

Some doctor gave me the address of that hospital and told me that I should go to Global Hospital and get my stomach operated and crown done. After reading the comments, I realized that it is a very useless hospital.
