Rana hospital is very worst hospital in gorakhpur specially CCU(Cardiac Care Unit) department is very worst. I will not recommend to any heart patients for treatment in hospital. Worst staff behaviour in CCU(Cardiac Care Unit). This hospital only make bill & extra charges & The number of medicines that are needed in CCU(Cardiac Care Unit)are not even used on the patients and the staff there asks for the medicines and keeps them with themselves and if the medicine is not needed then they do not return it and perhaps they keep it with themselves and sell it. Let me share my experience. I was admitted with my father. My father had undergone angioplasty surgery. Once at night a CCU( Cardiac Care Unit) staff asked me for cough medicine at 12 in the night even though my father did not have cough. He had undergone angioplasty surgery and was asking for cough medicine, then I had an argument with that staff. The staff here orders medicines for their own use in the CCU(Cardiac Care Unit).

Though a good hospital but poor management, rude behaviour, unprofessional and ignorant attitude of its staffs and doctors makes it worst hospital in Gorakhpur where one thing is done very professionally which is time killing of others because it takes whole day waiting in cue for simple consultations in gynae department. Staffs are non- cooperative and unprofessional, they keep you waiting but don't tell you anything like how much time more it will take. Time is precious for everyone, people coming from remote and far away areas and with little kids, elders have to suffer a lot. Suggestion: Please take bookings in slots and convey time accordingly at the time of booking to avoid unnecessary waiting and crowd.

One of the worst hospitals in Gorakhpur. They only care about looting patients, not treating them. It's a complete money-making setup--no real concern for patient care, just profit. Extremely disappointing experience.

I went to hospital today with my husband at around 2pm no dr was available.. junior dr was there in emergency..he wrote some injection to my husband but nurses present there was of full of ego & arrogance ..they were busy in gossip and not paying attention to dr what he was saying ..then I scolded them and in reverse she said why you came here . I mean heads off to this ppl who don't take their patience seriously.Worst experience.

Rana hospital in gorakhpur is very good. And capf facility is also available here and doctor Sri Sona Ghosh is very good here and all the staff here are good and cleanliness is enough.

The hospital is a bit crowded, parking facility isn't there and need a bit of management from staff about the sitting area, patients and cleanliness as well. There are multiple doctors from different specialisations and needs to take appointment by visiting directly hospital. Please ensure that the hospital premises are clean and tidy.
