Dr. Rachit Hospital

3 Star for misbehaving with me on 1st floor near heart doctor cabin... I am 21 year old with my grandfather 80 years old and my brother 14 years old want to go in cabin we stop us and told only 2 allowed we came from Bihar. I told him that small child im new areas how live alone if anyone kidnapped him then... Please old that speak polity with patience... We met heart doctor we is awesome boy speak polity and knowledgeable.. This hospital bad in discipline of staff only and clearness is not also good...

This is a very bad hospital, it takes cash in case of accidents and these people only ask for money but do not pay attention to the patient and even the doctors do not come to check the patient nor do they treat him properly, their entire focus is on money... Foucs on money not patient And even after the death of the patient, they seek medicines but do not use them. The behaviour of the staff of this hospital is also not good. They talk rudely and make a small illness into a big one. This is Fraud Hospital...

Very very bad hospital. Treatment was very poor. How a good patient is killed and then how the bill is made, that is the habit and nature of this hospital. Please think 100 times before coming here. Because here money is played with the life of patients. And they give threats in such a way as if everyone gets hyper and says nothing else and they keep on sucking people till everything (money) is not finished. After something happens they behave in such a way as if they have not done anything wrong. They have made a plan to loot money in the name of treatment. Until the person makes a bill of aprox 5 lakhs, they do not get the chain. Rude and unprofessional staff and poor management only focus on money.. Froud hospital.

I would like to suggest that, if the doctor is reading my review, both the doctors and the staff should be mindful of how they communicate with patients and their families. It would greatly improve the experience at your hospital if they were more considerate in their interactions. Additionally, I want to acknowledge that your hospital is well-regarded in the community, and your hospitality is commendable. However, I believe the costs are quite high. My suggestion is to consider offering some discounts on medication and ICU services to make it more accessible for everyone. I hope you understand my point, and I appreciate your attention to this matter.

One of the best hospital in gorakhpur for every kind of treatment. There some good things which is in this hospital. 1.Doctor team & all nursing staff are very polite and cooperative. 2. Hospital is very neat and clean . Apart from this hospital administration pay lot of attention to cleanliness and care of patients. Thanku so much Dr Ravi rai sir.
