I recently had my gallbladder removed at Life Care Hospital, and I'm very thankful to Dr. J.P. Jaiswal . He was extremely polite, patient, and explained the entire process clearly before the surgery. His calm and supportive nature made me feel comfortable and well cared for during a stressful time. The surgery went smoothly, and my recovery has been good. I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness. Highly recommended!

Absolutely rude behaviour from the staff. The nurses on the OT floor are so rude. You can't ask anything from them twice. Very bluntly they will that they will not tell anything. After the discharge is done, even the doctor doesn't entertain properly. Everyone there, shifts their duties to others head. No one bothers for the patient once the payment is done. So if one is able to handle the rude behaviour of hospital administrators, one can visit or else your self respect is in your hand and pocket. Will not suggest anyone. Writing this review on behalf of my relative who was admitted there.

My baby got delivered on 1 oct 2024. We got everything normal but we are expecting normal delivery and also we got admitted for normal case as we got all positive from the reports but after admitted in evening and when they started giving bottles they do slow the rate so that we can't bear pain for more time so we eventually called up duty nurse to go for c section after 5 hours since admission. So kindly check this facts and get away with these money making tricks used by these hospitals. Note: Dear life care management kindly take due diligence of whole nursing staff on a serious note.

In lifecare hospital I saw Dr Dekid Palmo for a Burn Case Surgery. And she got a good response overall experience was really good. Awful, terrible experience during my wife's child delivery operation. Worst management ever I have seen in a child care hospital. My wife was admitted for C-Section, after operation She had unbearable pain in the operated area, no nurse or doctor was there to attend her , when requested more than 10 times , a unprofessional nurse came out and said it's normal to have pain and we can't do anything and she start to laugh by saying everyone's cry and scream like this. Even though vitamin water was running out and upon asking the staffs were telling, we insulate only 2 bottles of vitamin water. No buddy was curious to attend the patient and take care of her, for everything we had to request somehow felt like begging in front of them and same day they discharge my wife. Since, I travelled a long distance from Bihar to admit my wife there for better treatment but I regret. After getting discharged same day I choose to stay there in case of any emergency and same thing happened at same night. My wife was screaming with unbearable pain when rushed back to hospital there was no emergency services such as and had to beg them for admission. Before admitting they asked to pay the bill for rooms, and check up in advance rather than providing a wheelchair or stretcher to assist the patient to the doctors wards not even a single nurse or a person came out to assist the patient same time. Patient was screaming like no tomorrow but after requesting for assistance a doctor came to see after 35 min in emergency. There was no any medicines available in emergency nor the medical store was open. We have to run a mile to find a different pharmacy and get the medicine for my wife. At a point I felt like crying and was regretting on my decision to admit my wife in the hospital it was a nightmarish for us. I don't want to put anyone down by writing this but when I remember that horrible night my eyes get wet. Hospital management must improve their patient services. In our culture we say Doctors are another face of god and trust me we believe that but after experiencing with these kind of careless and cheap staffs and poor management I would never ever visit you again. It's my second child. In my first one , my wife was admitted in one of the best hospital I would same in Patna in terms of patient care and if I compare your organization with a that hospital, you stand no where trust me no where. I'm sorry to say that but it's true. You are in hospitality business I would say better teach your staffs what does the hospitality means. By profession I'm also a part of hospitality industry. I know well how humble and helpful we are.
