Best doctor for cardio and he has good experience as well but staf very rode specifically in pharmacy they are trying to cheat the patient be careful specifically for money matter

Worst experience every time!! Extremely ill-mannered, rude, crass, and arrogant staff. They misbehave with the patients, they mock them, threaten them, mistreat them and are horrible. They are on their phone half of the time and when they're not they are shouting and threatening the patients. If your time is valuable this is not the place for you, I'm certain there are other good doctors in the city. To get 5 mins with the doctor you wait in an overcrowded lobby for hours. They have no value for time and have no respect for other human beings. Overall, it's an extremely overcrowded centre with a horrible and arrogant staff, and it's totally not worth the wasted time and humiliation.

Staff misbehaves with patients and considers the patient their slaves. I think some of this staff are goondas kept by Doctor in the name of creating discipline. No patient is given receipt of the fee paid and when demanded they show as if the patient has done something to disrespect the doctor.

Went for my mother's consultation, staff is very rude and ill behaved. Also, my mother started getting complications such as vomiting, dizziness etc. after taking the prescribed medicines. We have switched to a different doctor given the rude behavior of hospital staff and no significant improvement from the treatment. Won't recommend this doctor/hospital to anyone.

Bad facility, Not punctual of time , arrogant staff, they mock them, misbehave, If your time is valuable then this is not the place for you , to get 5 min with the doctor you wait in an overview crowded lobby for many many many hours, they have no value for time. Over all it's a extremely over crowded center,arrogant staff and it's totally worth the waste time and humiliation specially for old people........ Etc etc and many more.

Good doctor but very bad behaviour with patients. One day i visited hospital with one relative after 1 hr waiting doctor jaipuriya came outside and told staff " JO JO LOG 2-3 GHANTA INTEZAR KARE UNKO KARNE DO JISKO DIKHANE KI JALDI HAI BHAGA DO.." aur doctor hospital se bahar chale gaye....Plese doctor sahab feel some shame... dont forget Patient care with patience. Behave like gentle man. I Know u r good foctor but please mind your langauge while interacting with patients.

Doctor are good but Staffs and Receptionist are so rude if this is not resolve definitely people will go for alternatives. If you have no job or self respect definitely you will go there. As a medical student I khow that this hospital experience is worst than many Government Hospitals.

Dr. Navneet Jaipuria is a well-known name among diabetes patients in Gorakhpur. Doctor Saheb has earned a lot of name and money from his profession. Now for them the patients are just a number, we hear that when 200-300 patients come to their clinic, after that the doctor leaves home to come to the clinic. The doctor calls himself a cardiologist, but I have one advice for the heart patients. So that even by mistake, you should not go there with your heart related problem. My father had great faith in him and for the last 15 years, he used to show his sugar at his place. He had chest pain on the night of 12th September. In emergency, he went to the doctor on 13th September at 11 am. He was told to come to see it on 20th September. After much request, the number was given for 7 pm on 13th September. Father returned home and went to see the doctor again at 7 in the evening. After examining the ECG ECO, Dr. Navneet Jaipuria told that the heart has become weak and is working at 35% capacity. Despite knowing all this, the doctor, ignoring the emergency situation, sent father back home by giving him medicine for 20 days and telling him to take complete bed rest for 20 days and take less than 2.5 liters of liquid in a day. Father believed him and came home at 9.30 pm and after having dinner at 10 o'clock, took the medicine given by Dr. Jaipuria at 10.20. Within 1-2 minutes of consuming the medicine, he felt severe chest pain and his breathing and voice started stopping. An ambulance was called but very unfortunately he had stopped breathing 1-2 minutes before reaching the hospital at 10.50 pm. If the doctor had fulfilled his duty towards the patient and had admitted and treated my father as per the standard, perhaps my father would have been with me today.
