Poor behavior by emergency doctor and senior staff, only junior ANM staff showed politeness. Today, I visited Fatima Hospital in Gorakhpur with my grandfather for an emergency. Unfortunately, my overall experience was disappointing. We were attended by Dr. Ahmed, who was on emergency duty. His behavior was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional, which added stress to an already tense situation. As a doctor in the emergency ward, a calm and respectful attitude is crucial, but sadly that was missing today. Many of the male staff members also seemed to share the same rude behavior. However, it's important to mention that some of the junior or first-year ANM staff were polite and cooperative. They tried to help and maintained a respectful tone while interacting. Their support was a small relief amidst an otherwise negative experience. But sadly, the senior staff members behaved even more rudely, often ignoring patient concerns and responding in an unkind manner. Hospitals should be places of comfort and care, especially in emergencies, but this visit left me feeling disheartened due to the lack of empathy and professionalism shown by key staff.

They are really good in service and care when they are being paid on behalf of patients. But when it comes to documention,a single paper like gpla or any other certificate can takes days.

First of all I thank the managementand staff for their hospitality towards the patients. All the staffs are well behaved towards the attenders as well as the patients, giving them good care and love. All the facilities which all are needed is provided properly and safely.

I recently visited Fatima Hospital, Gorakhpur, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to the behavior of the security staff. Instead of offering help or maintaining a professional attitude, the security man was rude, dismissive, and completely uncooperative. Rather than guiding visitors properly -- especially in a hospital environment where patience and politeness are crucial -- he behaved arrogantly and spoke in an unprofessional manner. This kind of attitude creates unnecessary stress for patients and their families, who are already going through difficult times. Hospitals are places where empathy, respect, and proper management should be a priority, starting from the entrance itself. I sincerely hope the hospital administration takes this matter seriously and provides better training to their security personnel. No one visiting for treatment or care should have to deal with rude or aggressive behavior.

Fatima hospital is very good for treatment and clean especially the counselor makes us understand and making smiles on our face. It's great hospital.

I would like to mention about Fatima hospital is very good for any kind of treatment.and staffs are really good and kind especially the councellor they come everyday and giveing moral support, and make us comfortable.

I had visited Fatima hospital last month.I was treated by DR Ahmad in emergency.I was totally impressed by the way I was treated first time when I met with DR Ahmad,he is not only an excellent doctor,he is simple superb human being,friendly approach with smiling face with his selfless service.He gives maximum time to hear patient problem and complains.He is very caring and soft spoken doctor.The way he talks is half of the cure for your problem.I have not yet met any other doctor like him.
