One of the best neurosurgeon in town. Dr is good but the staff are very rude in their behaviour. I would recommend the staff to be very kind towards the patient, management is the worst, no proper seating arrangements for the patients. If you're coming with your own four-wheeler you have to arrange yourself to get your vehicle parked. (Note- 4 star pointed only for doctor) #Jugad _works_here_also

I came all the way from Nepal with hopes of getting good treatment. The doctor was really good and professional, and I have no complaints about the medical care. However, the staff's behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. Because of their attitude, I don't feel like coming back again. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the staff's behavior towards patients.

Doctor Ashawani Sir is a very good spine surgeon. We had heard of Sir's name but after meeting him I had so much confidence that I decided to get my brother's spine surgery done within 5 minutes. Staf members should not be bossy.We understand that during peak and rush hours ,it's difficult for them to manage but during late evening when they are free and chatting on mobile,they should be helpful and clear in their conversation as people come from far flung remote areas for treatment. Doctor is good and experienced. He is not giving time to patients to express their problems, always in hurry.Also waiting period is too long and no proper seating arrangements for waiting people also staff behaviour and man handling skills is worst . And not provide proper information to people. All are bad their but only one thing is good doctor is knowledgeable and good .
