Dr. City Hospital Gorakhpur

City hospital is a very good hospital, it is the best hospital in Gorakhpur. I got my wife treated, doctor Anamika Shukla ma'am is a very best doctor and her staff is very supportive. Very nice Hospital and staff is very very supportive.

City Hospital meets almost all the requirements of the Patient.. Though you have to wait a lot for your turn.. But that also means that the treatment provided here is so good that people are ready to invest their precious time for better treatment.. Dr. A. K. Mall is known everywhere for his expertise.. Other Doctors are also good.. I am personally impressed by the care shown by the nursing staff.. My father-in-law is admitted here in Emergency from last few days, so I got to experience the service and treatment provided here.. Ofcourse there is the issue of rush but that's ignorable against the good treatment provided here..

On 16th March My Father was admitted in Emergency due to brain stroke, on 19th he was discharged. The best care at City Hospital in GKP LEAD by Dr.A.K.Mall sir is remarkable n praiseworthy, within 3 days my father was discharged due to service at GOD Speed in this hospital My compliments to the CEO of this hospital Mr.MANI for his best management. My thought process of changed because of this treatment n V can trust n rely upon CITY Hospital n Team where V can get the best treatment n all life support under one roof is what my experience is My complimentsbto the entire medical team n support staff available at this Hospital, keep it up Scope of improvement:- Medicines can be directly delivered & administered, instead of patient relative standing in line to buy it.

My daughter Anvi was admitted for operation on 18th April who is only 9 month old and this was done by the best doctor Ravikesh Divedi sir. My daughter was discharged on 25th April, fit and fine. My experience was that it felt like a home there because there were good facilities and best staff behaviour like a family..

The hospital staff is generally cooperative and in adequate numbers, but when it comes to hygiene--especially the toilets--there's a glaring failure. The toilets are consistently unclean, often in a state that's unacceptable for any public space, let alone a hospital. It reflects poorly on the overall upkeep of the facility. Clean toilets aren't a luxury--they're a basic need, especially in a medical setting where patients already have compromised health. The management needs to step up routine cleaning and supervision urgently. Until then, this remains a serious concern.

I am extremely grateful to Dr. Anamika Shukla for her incredible support and care throughout my pregnancy journey. From the very first consultation to the day of delivery at City Hospital, she made everything feel smooth, safe, and reassuring. My C-section delivery was a complete success, thanks to her expertise and calm demeanor. She explained every step clearly, was always available to answer our questions, and made sure both baby and I were well taken care of. Her compassionate and professional approach made a big difference in making this experience a positive one. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a skilled and caring gynecologist!

Dr.Ritesh sir is a highly skilled urologist with excellent bedside manners in Gorakhpur and adjoining areas (Purvanchal). He is expert in all sort of precision surgeries. Sir and the entire staff are beyond amazing. Not only a good doctor but also very good human being.

Very poor service, non trained staff, doctor was not visiting regularly. Even hospital charged for visiting of doctor in those days, in which doctor is out of station. Every patients were waiting for doctor checkup. No process or arrangement for update of treatment to the patient or attendant. Even delux/ personal rooms are not clean. We are regularly demanding for cleanliness of washrooms but no one attend.
