Checkup and treatment of skin allergy by Dr. Naresh Nagrath was helpful and reception desk members were decent to resolve any issue . Clinic was easy to locate. Clinic have best patho lab to get any test hassle free.

I had a very good experience at Apollo Clinic. I came here for a medical check-up. All the staff members are very polite and helpful. All the procedures were completed on time without any problems.

Today I have done healthcheckup at Apollo clinic, Gorakhpur. Staff behaviour & facility of clinic is satisfactory. Feel so happy at Apollo clinic.

Non attentive staff They do not guid and they are manner less It's request to higher managing authorities look over it . And maintain the dignity of best service award Which is placed at your reception

Very poor system , management , and there brocken chair My Son get injured in apolo betiahata but no one was there to take serious towards treatment once I have reached reception shey says pls go room 4 once I reach there she have done but she was asking for payment for bandage . Kindly go reception and give invoice she has spoken me 3 time during she was doing bandage... If you are in hospital and a reputed organisation like apolo but you can not expect like above scenario. Finally my wife has paid whatever they was asking but he not provide any bill of that payment ... Totally no humanity there in betiahata apolo ....

Easily & smooth check -up , all staff are nice & cooperative, all test done on time , clean & good environment inside clinic, .

All staff nature is very polite and good lab facilities are available for health checkup

There is no meaning of appointment booking you have to come and stay in queue for hours for the doctor consultation, worst service on the name of Apollo
