Dr. Yashoda Super Speciality Hospital

3 week back i was admitted in Yasshoda hospital Vaishali for a syncope..fully conscious at the time admitted . I had missing pulse.Cardiolgist Dr Dhirendra Singhania attended me and shifted to me to ICU with immediate advice for putting pacemaker. He did not try to diagnose reason for bradycardia. Knowing that i am a Dr I will question his clinical judgement he sedated me from Day 1and started brainwashing of my son.He is critical can't predict out come. Then they come with new story .I am suffering with Covid which not true..they don't have any positive Elisa report. They showed an CxR with little opacity which was old.They keet me sedated till day before discharge ( i got discharged after repeated requests). I was not given any food for nearly 10 days and daily dialysis was done with out any allowance to protein and vitamin loss.Consequently I last 7 kg weight No nephrologist visiteed.I am diabetic . No treatment was given Normally 3-3.5 lakh package for pacemaker is available but they charged nearly 8.5 lakhs. They used my family an ATM machine and deliberately robbed Post discharge my platelet dropped to 45 and u started bleeding ( in urine stool and from nose) due unnecessary drug over load.Svere loss of appetite and I was not able to stand Dr Singhania is most hopeless cardiologist and instrumental in making money in connivance with hospital management I dnt agree that i had fresh Covid infection in absence of Elisa report.it was not a medical negligence be deliberate efforts of cheating of hospital and for keeping me in ICU Repeated investigation to build file and their charges.. repeated Xray knowing that nothing is going to change in 24 hrs.. unnecessary entry of entry of consultation and consultant visit for just making money when i was under heavy sedation I will never never recommend any one to go to Yashoda and discourage Its band of cheaters and in cardio singhania is silly most Dr( sorry to say being senior colleague and Ganeshian) Freind imagine if this can happen with a Dr what they are doing with general public Shame on hospital management as well

I recently had my father Gall Bladder removal surgery at Yashoda Hospital Kaushambi by Dr. PK Sinha. Doctors and Staff were very good and supportive and Surgery also went well. We were in continuous contact with Shivangi and team who helped us in explaining everything related to billing and mediclaim throughout the process. Overall it was very smooth process.

Pathetic experience and staff is horrible. They won't help only good they could do to you is to trouble you in everyway possible. Specially with panel patients they don't bother to entertain your queries. Highly unprofessional, make you run here and there and leave you frustrated with their cloud 9 attitude. No wonder this hospital has excelled in marketing not in health and welfare but in marketing . Which they proudly flaunt this is their only achievement. Just write investigation and more investigation which In manier cases do not needed.Just to make money through bills mostly by empanelled pts. Most of the time it's report also not reliable. Their pathologist also needs a qualified pathologist. Doctors are always in hurry. They make u wait for long hours but doest not want to wait for pts in case their staff is faulty. Staff sitting on opd registrations are not available on seats have to wait for them for hours. At 12.00 pm they go for lunch and no one in there for registration. Please don't waste your precious time and energy in this hospital just because it's built well doesn't mean it have that much dedicated and ethical team to treat you in best way. Highly unprofessional and unethical team is here just to loot people.

My heartfelt thanks to Dr Amit Sharma and his team at Yashoda Super Specialty Hospital for the excellent treatment and care provided to my wife. We consulted Dr Amit Sharma for pain in shoulder which she was suffering for 4 months and off late it had become severe. We consulted many doctors and they prescribed medicines which gave only temporary relief. Finally, we consulted Dr Amit Sharma who diagnosed it as Supraspinatus Tear (rapture in shoulder muscle) which was also confirmed with MRI. Dr Amit explained us the problem in detail and the treatment which was a surgical procedure. We were in a fix if to go for surgery or try other means and kept repeating the same question again and again however, Dr Amit spent considerable time to understand and respond to our doubts and assured us about the treatment. Keyhole surgery was done, and I was filled with gratitude towards Doctor and medical science as there were 4 minor incisions compared to big cuts one has seen in the normal surgery. She got discharged post 2 days of hospitalisation and now recovering with physiotherapy. Admission and our stay was most comfortable as both admin and nursing staff were very attentive and cordial. Insurance approval which is major headache went on smoothly, thanks to gentleman at the insurance desk for help. Anubha has been very helpful in completing admission/discharge and insurance formalities and always responded to our phone calls. I must say this was the best experience we ever had in a hospital.

I glad to dr sudhir tyagi and nursing staff is extremely grateful . food ia very tastey and service boy shrikant and Dayal be polite behaviour for my mother.i recommend the all family members ans friends special thanks to nursing staff Payal ,f&b magnger for meeting us daliy and know our request and wish our patient speady recovery.

I feel giving 0 Stars for NICU nursing services. They behave as they themselves are beyond doctors and even pinches babies to force feed and behaves as naive when confronted with doctors. Feeding room has been overtaken as lunch and rest room for nurses and it is being denied for mothers to feed or pump milk.We confronted to get the recliner when asked to have a plastic chair in NICU near baby to feed and perform KMC which is being visited by parents and doctors. They have no idea if there are dummies (baby) on which mothers can be trained. Nurses have been inconsistent in their approach as appears as if still being trained at work. Semi Private room 2005/2006 facilities wiz a wiz fridge oven, etc is always been used by nurses to reheat their food instead of using canteen facilities specially at night and patients/attenders are being asked to not close the door. It feels like a dramatic hospital where nurses have been always ranting about salaries and having frustration on the face. I have shared the feedback as complain book was not available even after calling for the same everyday for a week straight. Nursing staff surely need reskilling. Pros: Doctors here are the best here. Dr Deepa, Dr Ajit and Dr Bharat have been quite professional and helpful in guiding us throughout the journey. Thankful to them.

Third class service staff behaviour is very bad not coperate to patients politely. In hospital no rooms available and the charges higher, no bef available in pre- opration theater or recovery room after surgery, very bad experience I wont prefer for anyone or never suggest to anybody to go their.Its better try to some other hospitals even small one don't try in YASHODHA hospital kaushambi..

Recently I had experience at Yashoda Superspeciality Hospital, Kaushambi for treatment of my mother. From admission to discharge, the entire team was professional, compassionate, and highly skilled. Special thanks to Dr Kunal Das for his continuous support, The nursing staff was also attentive and supportive, hospital's facilities were clean, modern, and well-equipped, food was hygienic, housekeeping team maintained cleanliness. I highly recommend Yashoda superspeciality Hospital, Kaushambi for quality healthcare.
