It was good experience with the hospital staff they are professional in their work. And cleanliness was good in hospital. Dr. Abhishek Nagar is brilliant in dealing with patient and very good with behavior to talk with.

My experience in this hospital is good. Doctors & Staff both are well professional in our work.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE HOSPITAL!! Do not go there. It's not even cheap. The staff is uneducated and poorly treats the patient. My experience was there for almost 3 months and I never saw a patient leave happy and healthy. It's almost embarrassing how they call it a 4.4 star hospital. Their equipments doesn't work!! Half of the time.. no, most of the time the equipments doesn't have battery. The staff doesn't care whether your patient dies or not, all they want out of you is money. They don't take their job seriously and all they do is gossip. I heard them shit talk other patients and they have problems doing their own job. Like they can't even change bedsheets and clothes without injuring the patient. The cleaning staff wants gloves for the smallest things ever. AND A PAIR OF GLOVES COST 30RPS LIKE WTH. Overall, it's trash. Literally any other hospital is better than this so-called hospital. Negative 5/10 from me but unfortunately I couldn't rate in negatives so.. yeah be aware and always check the reviews before going somewhere and wasting money. Forgot to mention but one night for the private room is 10k.. and the cleaning ladies they don't have a fixed timing for brooming and mopping like wth. They'll force into the room and also will lie if they want (I've experienced that). Literally go anywhere else than this place.

Dr. M.S Nagar has very experiemce or Staff is well manner. Cleaning is good . Everything is well and good.

I would like to express here my opinion for Nagar hospital for providing the prompt services towards their patients. It's not only about treating patients but also providing genuinely fair services. The staff members are self motivated to provide best care to patients. Full marks for cleanliness, availability of nursing staff beat day or night shift.
