Dr. Chandarkant Atrey Memorial Multi-Specialty Hospital and Trauma Centre in Bijnor has a terrible staff. The OPD work is extremely slow, and even if you arrive on time, you'll likely have to wait for around 4 hours. It's quite unprofessional. While the doctors are good, the staff is appalling. During eye dialysis, the staff doesn't even properly administer eye drops and is often busy using their phones. There's a complete lack of seriousness and organization among the staff. After applying eye drops, they don't even provide tissue paper. It's not like the fees are low; they're actually quite high. It seems like these people aren't interested in providing good service. Overall, I'd say the staff needs a lot of improvement. Lack of management, sincerity .

Dr. Avdesh vashistha behaviour is very bad and attitude behaviour. Hospital staff behaviour is also very bad.

Could you please consider installing an air conditioner in the gallery outside the ICU where patients' family members wait? It's quite hot there."

Dr avdhesh sir behaviour very well Not a money minded hospital Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when i checked in. The staff and doctor were all very friendly. He took his time to explain my condition and treatment options. I had a great visit , I recommend this hospital
