For You to Improve. 1).Provide training to your staff people on how to talk to patients and their family. 2).Provide training to your lab people, specifically to pathology, to work with shoes outside of the lab. 3).Work on better cleanliness in Hospital, Provide better effective trainings to staff people. 4).Work on Visual Management to better help patients and families to guide for instructions and not to disturb staff. 5).Work on Communication practices...

Third class management & payment is high on every step comparing other hospitals. Also They have insurance panel for their name sake only. Pathetic service on insurance panel, I waited for 5 hours to get my claim reimbursement file completed by them. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone. Plz don't go if you want to save your time & money.

Worst Management.and service ..avoid to visit this hospital .

Provide training specially to nurse staff Sonam Yadav.She don't even know how to talk with the family members of the patients,Instead of doing her job, she teaches manners at the hospital. (how to sit, how and when to stand, when she enters the room the family members of the patient have to stand to show respect to her if the person does not stand she thinks that person doesn't get good manners and then she argues.)This is very unethical behaviour.Kindly look into this matter.

It is definitely a big and a famous hospital in the area but needs to be improved a lot. The cleanliness is not up to the mark which is not suitable for a hospital. The vehicle stand doesn't have proper staff and your bike might get stolen, they don't even provide compensation for that. The lab workers and the doctors are not very skilled and you might get into trouble and may suffer for the rest of your life.

Very bad experience medical staff and nurses

One of the worst hospital I have seen in my life. Very unprofessional and inexperienced staff. I have gone for emergency treatment for one of my child. After admitting there, I knew there was no child specialist in the hospital and after getting all the report they haven't started the better treatment only use a dip in whole night. I lose my child but hope someone can save his/her child by reading this comment and go for treatment in somewhere else. I suggest to go for S S Hospita, Jaunpur or Laxmi Memoria Hospital, Varanasi.
