Dr. Gangasheel Advanced Medical Research Institute - Best Hospital in Bareilly

I took a semi -pvt room for my kid and there were dirty bed sheets The nurse did not change those even after 3 hours of admission, they made me go to the billing counter/medical store for everything only when I approached them myself otherwise they did not care to proceed,, when I consulted in billing section to take advance and not make me pay for every little thing. they treated me like a thief. Their head was rude and arrogant... I was there for 3 hours no medication/test or even bed sheet changed. No one even the nurses were any interested in my kid's health so I requested for discharge, and they happily did that.... I am from CGHS yet they ignored guidelines and charged me with everything they could have charged......... I think the billing section people need to grow some honesty and empathy toword patients.... ...

We have been to many hospitals before coming to Gangasheel hospital every where we went they said we can't give her appropriate treatment take her to some other hospital. But at Gangasheel hospital my sister got amazing treatment. She had liquid in her brain and Dr. Shah Faisal was taking care of her after, after looking at her condition doctor suggested for CT and MRI to give her the best treatment possible. My sister will soon get a discharge as doctor is seeing quite a good improvement. Thank you Gangasheel hospital and staff.

One of my family members got admitted under the treatment of Dr. Rahul Singh got his pacemaker installed at Gangasheel hospital Bareilly. We are so happy with the facilities and treatment. Staff was also very nice.

I'm extremely disappointed with the conditions at Gangasheel Hospital. The washrooms lack proper cleaning and handwash facilities, posing a significant health risk. The guards controlling the lifts are rude and unhelpful. The general ward is unhygienic, with a strong unpleasant odor, and the AC doesn't function properly. When I sought help to shift my mother to a semi-private room, the reception staff directed me to the IDP department. Unfortunately, the staff there ( Arvind Gangwar) was arrogant and uncooperative, even suggesting we stay in the general ward despite its poor conditions. I was inquiring about the charges and at first he stated the difference amount to be 1500/- per day without a receipt and then he called someone else to confirm the same and gave a new amount of 3000/- per day that too without receipt. Per the ECHS policy my mother was shifted to the general ward which is why I wanted to shift her to the semi-private room. So disappointed with the services and staff..

My father suresh pal singh is going home today and I want to review my experience in the hospital I availed private room for my father treatment, and I see the room service and nursing staff is very helpful and cooperative. Room is very comfortable with every facilities. Clean bathroom properly maintained. I'm very much happy that i choose gangasheel hospital for my father. Dr nishant gupta give best treatment.

My father got admitted under Dr. Shah Faisal at Gangasheel hospital. He had small brain haemorrhage and was admitted since 5 days. Doctor has seen improvement in his condition and my father will get a discharge soon. Staff is not so good at time of leave hospital not give any reports(as citiscan lft etc)which done by hospital

Very excellent work in hospital My father was admitted under Dr. Rahul sir. Treatment was excellent nursing staff, doctor, management and other facilities very good. I am satisfied with ganagasheel services

My father ( indrapal singh) was admitted in gangasheel hospital when he was admitted he has burned injuries(leg) but after few days his condition was worsened. The nursing staff was very irresponsible they didn't pay any kind of attention. His haemoglobin on 20 Feb was 10.3 then on 05march declined to 5.2 and the doctor and nursing staff was not aware of it ,when we asked for reports then they come to know abouts this. They didn't even do dressing properly. He was reffered to this hospital through echs card but still they were giving us bills to buy medicines from the store.
