Dr. -Best Trauma Center/Joint Replacement Center/ Best Hospital in Bareilly

Going barefoot in ICU is more risk to self and patients. I m not sure who proposed this as Bare foot takes more Germs and risk . Adminstration should either provide Sanitized covers to wrap up foots .

Bad service , staff is very bad and unreasonable staff, room and washroom is not clean, washroom is very durty... Vad experience

Worst hospital. Will never suggest anyone or prefer myself to revisit. My mother was admitted but doctors didn't have time to check. Doctors were busy in some court proceedings. Hospital staff and doctors are very unprofessional. In 7 days of hospitalization doctor visited just twice and worst situation happened when they checked the reports just before operation and told not to operate. They were simply making money and are not concerned about patients health. Due to all this I had to shift my mother to Delhi. It was little painful but good thing was, mother got discharged in another 6 days.

Doctor is good... But staff along with medical staff completely seems illiterate, insensitive and poor staff

The hospital is only because of Dr. Brijeshwar Singh, he is the Best surgeon I met ever he treated my son . He is totally fit now . But the staff is not good they only ask for money after doing little work

My wife had an appointment with Dr. Brijeshwar today between 2 pm.to 4 pm, the doctor came after 2.45 pm, there was a whole cious outside his room, my number was 31 and so had to wait. Around 4 pm I checked with the lady sitting outside to enquire about the current number, she said 23 or 24, 30 mins later again is re-enquired. I came back for the 3rd time around 5 pm and I was again told the same number, this time there was a compounder who was calling names of patients with number 34 to 40, I was like mine is 31 and why turn has not come yet. Basically the lady outside had no knowledge of what is the current patient sequence number and was just fooling everyone with her beloved number 23 and 24! The management should higher better quality grade 3 staff doing such supporting services. The doctor is no doubt good, but overall experience was really bad. The rooms are overcrowded, and doctors r overloaded, and the management is busy making money. There is no importance to anyone's time , what matters is the patient count.

Why you guys put all the numbers when you don't pick those ... I called more than 100 times for appointment..but no use. Even m hospital gyi tab bhi unhone mujhe card Diya I tried for appointment called 100 times but didn't get appointment. Stuff is so rude too didn't give information I am asking ..
