I recently had an experience at Panacea Hospital and Research Center, Amroha, where my mother underwent hernia surgery under the care of Dr. Vibhor Agarwal. I am extremely satisfied with the services provided by the hospital. The hospital staff was very supportive and cooperative throughout the process. From admission to post-operative care, everything was well-managed and smooth. The facilities were clean, and the overall environment of the hospital was comfortable for patients and their families. A special mention to Mr. Farhan, the hospital counselor, who went above and beyond to assist us. He played a crucial role in helping us get the surgery done through the Ayushman Card, ensuring a hassle-free experience. His guidance and efforts were truly commendable.

Very much disappointed.. Late night in emergency i have to came here to consult to gynaecologist as my wife was having some health issue and for her maternity she was having treatment in Delhi. After i came here i realise that the gyne doctor here is over experienced, pretending by her arrogent face like she is the most superior doctor of this universe. I think its better to treat patient rather than belittle other doctor. Plz maintain the diginity of a doctor. Its not a complaint i just post what i feel as i saw feedback QR code there in emergency which is good initiative by management. My best wishes are with panacea hospital for a bright future ahead.
