Dr. Mithraj Hospital

Terrible experience - feels like a scam. Took my mother to mithraj hospital ortho doctor dipak bhateja , and he said her hand was broken without showing us clear evidence or explaining anything properly. He immediately put a plaster on her hand. Later, we got a second opinion, and it turned out her hand wasn't even broken! Completely unnecessary treatment just to make money. Extremely disappointed and feel cheated. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone.

We took our kidney patient to Mithraj Hospital, where he was admitted in stable condition. However, within two to three days, his health deteriorated significantly. After the ventilator was installed, our patient showed no signs of life, and it appeared he had already passed away. However, the doctors refused to declare his death and continued treatment, seemingly just to prolong the charges. It became evident that they were keeping a deceased patient on the ventilator purely for financial gain. Ultimately, we were forced to make the painful decision to discharge him ourselves. Based on our experience, we seriously question the qualifications and competence of the medical staff. The nurses in the ICU were unprofessional, often speaking loudly and showing a careless attitude toward patient care. The hospital's hygiene was extremely poor--restrooms were in a deplorable state, comparable to public toilets, and lacked regular maintenance. The behavior of the general staff was rude and inappropriate, with reports of night shift staff working under the influence of alcohol, which is absolutely unacceptable in a healthcare environment. Given the high charges the hospital imposes, the quality of service provided is completely unjustified. In our opinion, even government hospitals offer better care. I strongly advise others to avoid Mithraj Hospital based on this experience.

Best treatment and i am satisfied with this hospital and Doctor's and staff are very good

This hospital is very good. Behavior of doctors and nurses is very nice. Staff is very cooperative. Doctors are well experienced and highly qualified. This is my own experience.

Mithraj Hospital is very good and nursing staff Asim and Preeti supporting and caring to my patient

There is one surgeon dr Zia Siddiqui he thinks that he has excellent work experience but after going through my father surgery he is completely illiterate just like desi zarrah they are much better than him and his attitude level there is no word to say Even he wont talk to patient attended At last his overall experience is Minus not zero too
