We have been consulting Dr. Vinesh Jain at Rainbow Hospital for the past one year for my father's treatment. Four days ago, he successfully performed my father's angioplasty. My patient is admitted in super delax room no.1. She has a child. Neither is the staff good here nor does any nurse come to check the glucose bottle on time. Unless we say anything to them, they are not cleaned properly. And the towel and napkins that are given in the room are not changed. We have to say anything about them. The bathroom is also very dirty.Finally, the most important thing was told to us 2 months ago. It was said that we wanted a suite room, why were we not given it. They will tell us that these people give it to their acquaintances as if we will not pay the charge, this is wrong. If a person takes a good room, there is a facility for that only and the patient is useless, I told him 4-5 times for a suite room, still we were not given it, why is it so? This is the number 1 hospital of the entire Agra region, still such a situation and such calculation is wrong, we are outside when... I am deeply disappointed with the experience my father had during his 10-day stay at this hospital. Instead of seeing any improvement, his condition worsened day by day. We had hoped for proper care and timely treatment, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The medical staff seemed inattentive and slow to respond to concerns. Basic communication was lacking, and we often felt in the dark about his treatment plan. It was frustrating to watch our loved one's health deteriorate without clear answers or urgency from the team. Hospitals are meant to offer healing and hope, but we walked away with a heavy heart and many unanswered questions. I sincerely hope the hospital takes this feedback seriously and improves its standards of care for the sake of future patients.

Very good dialysis unit. Staff is friendly and always helpful. Dr Tarun Mittal is excellent doctor. very knowledgeable and available in case of any emergency. Full marks to you!
