Dr. Spandan Heart Clinic

I recently visited the Heart Clinic for consultation and treatment. While the medical reports and treatment were satisfactory, my experience with Doctor Mukesh Goyal was disappointing. Doctor Goyal came across as rigid, stubborn, and unfriendly. He seemed unwilling to engage in a meaningful conversation, and his answers were confusing. As an outstation patient, I felt that the doctor and his staff were more focused on extracting money from us rather than providing genuine care. It took multiple requests for Doctor Goyal to agree to speak with our family doctor, which was frustrating. Overall, while the medical aspects of the clinic were good, the poor bedside manner and questionable ethics of the doctor and staff bring down the rating.

The medical store guy is not good. I took my father's medicine today. He changed the medicine and kept it without telling me how to use it. I asked for the bill but he didn't give it to me and said the printer isn't working. I don't know what happens.

Excellent service by the doctor with patient.. perfect staff and humble nurses..

Dr Mukesh Goyal is a very experienced and kind hearted doctor. He really knows well, what he is doing. He treated history patient like a family member.
