Dr. Lotus Super Speciality Hospital

Very bad experience I called the staff through the Google number because I had a bill of the hospital and I just wanted to check the bill original or duplicate I called them again and again but no confirmation I found. I called them on 17th of April and still waiting til 18 but they are not picking up my call forgiving any information. Please make a distance from this hospital it's very disgusting

Pathetic hospital, they gave my father high dose and kept him in ventilation for 6 days and took 4lacs , then I decided to shift him to another hospital, that day he was conscious and was able to talk as they knew other doctor will see it and let us know. Pathetic hospital if you want your patient alive , never take them to this hospital. Then we shifted him to AIIMS

Staffs behaviour are very bed but nursing staffs are good

I admit my father who was unable to walk without any human support. After 15 days hospital service they walk alone . My father lives in Kanpur and he is fit & fine. When I ask them about hospital he always say I told my friends regarding Lotus Super Speciality Hospital Hospilaty. I give 5 star to lotus .

Very bad experience. They admit neurosurgery patient but They don't have neurosurgery equipment. They send patient other hospital. To make huge bill they waste time on bad of patients. They make attendant hopeless with their tactics.

I'm writing my experience post my delivery at this very hospital. I would urge anyone reading this review not to go for this hospital for delivery /operation, if you don't want your wife/family member to go through torture. Although Dr's are good but the management /administration is so bad that even the staff is at their mercy. Most of the staff is inefficient and lack mannerisms but even few who wants to help can't do anything as they are not provided with the required tools. I have a list of bad experience at this hospital after my delivery, for instance, 2nd day I was feeling feverish early in the morning around 5am, I called the nurse stationed outside the room(which was nowhere to be found, the night staff is the most ineffectient one) after we managed to call her, I asked her to check my temperature, she went out & came with a slip after 15mins on which it was mentioned "thermometer" & gave me the slip to get it from the market. I was astonished to find our that she was not provided with a thermometer from the hosp admin & they always ask EVERYTHING to be provided by the patient. Another one, the staff wanted to clean the blood so they asked me to get the cotton roll. Is it really a hospital or a SHAME The hospital didn't had cotton roll, thermometer & what else.. this is basic requirement & they didn't had that. Pathetic!!!! IF ANY DR is reading this please don't suggest your patients this hosp, I went for this one because of that. Only the housekeeping staff is good rest the nursing staff is so bad I can't even list out. They put injections syringes so badly that it's going to hurt you, my hand got swollen. They have given zero training so it's management fault.

Hospitality is good , Treatment is best , Services are also very good. . As per my personal experience I will prefer Lotus Super Speciality Hospital to all my relatives , family & friend when they need Hospital care for treatment.
