Service is horrible ..Doctors are saying we don't had a inhouse specialist please shift to other hospital .. Then y u have taken the case and wasted our prime time of 4 days saying we have a doctor ..and y have named your hospital has super speciality hospital ..careless doctors they don't take responsibility towards the patient . Worst hospital without moral values towards the patient and treatment.. Highly disappointed with service especially from doctors ..

My mother was admitted to the hospital for Pneumonitis. Hospital treatment wise it's average facilities and doctors were good. There are no special rooms , its only AMC and ICU. When I went for medical reimburse they don't provide the billing details properly. Breakup related to room rent they don't give. When I paid fully what is the problem for them to give the tariff and everything as per my payment . There should be a display of noticeboard for tariff they are charging for patient that is missing. They don't for the queries for billing properly . I am appalled with the replies of these people. Govt. should regulate the hospital as it's overcharging every patient

Sepsis, AKI - Ventilator support Experience: Extremely disappointing experience at Samraksha Hospital, Warangal. Even after informing the staff 12 hours in advance about the critical condition and discharge plan, there has been no timely response. The patient is in a very serious state, yet the hospital staff are careless and uncoordinated. We kept reminding the authorities, but they only started communicating last minute. This kind of negligence in an emergency situation is unacceptable. I would never recommend this hospital for anyone in need of urgent or intensive care.

Not up to the expectations,could have been provided with more sophisticated technology. Canteen ,road and railway convenient and dormentay facilities is the best part

Best treatment available to all. Aarogya sri scheme is also there so even financially challenged one can easily go for best treatment. Ortho department is the really good. Doctor present there have supreme level knowledge.

Infrastructure is Good, Inside in 4th Floor Looks Rich,Some Staff Were Good, Doctors Are Not Available All the Time.Overall Its Good one But, High Costly.You Have To Deposit 5000 rupees Day after Day.

The scanning related staff are so irresponsible. They took the amount which is too costly and they did not even give the reports till now. And if i call them they never respond and if they respond they say its wrong number. Not at all recommended.

Service is horrible, they care about money, One of the nurse was Rude and screamy, they donot share report and information until we pay Bills. Patient discharge takes minimum 4 hrs, ward boys always looks for you money. Charges are higher than average charges in Warangal hospitals. It is good for arogyasree . We do not recommend this hospital.
