Dr. Medicure Hospitals

Like every other hospital in Vikarabad, it is the same. Just that it has multi storeys and show put up. USE AND THROW GLASSES ARE NOT AVAILABLE. They have a plastic glass for one and all. Female doctor is into video calls. Priority for video calls but not for patients. Interesting thing is that they accept all kinds of payments. I'm happy atleast they have good payment methods. PLEASE IMPROVE CERTAIN FEATURES TO KEEP YOURSELF OUT OF THE BOX. Tests are done on time and reports are available online that is another interesting feature. also paste a REMOVE YOUR FOOTWEAR Sticker at the entrance. I had to walk out from the reception and leave my slippers after your staff member insisted me to. Small things will add up.

Hospital is maintained cleanly , house keeping staff is kindhearted, some doctors also very good nature but reception staff is so arrogant. For any organisation Reception staff is the Face of them.But they don't know how to talk with patients. Some staff don't even give respect and proper communication to patients. Some of them are having worst behaviour. Actually I had a very good opinion when I was there.But now because of one of reception staff I completely changed my mind. My suggestion is to give or train the local staff how to talk with patients and people. Being a local resident my sincere advice to you is don't talk arrogantly with the people especially with local one's. They will give more testimonials than any review with their mouth. So think about it ...

We had an appointment with Laparoscopic surgeon Dr Venkat Reddy regarding my family member and received proper guidance regarding best treatment options available and was successfully performed Very happy with the laparoscopic surgery performed by the surgeon at very much affordable cost and got discharged the very next day Got good care from the nursing team and the other hospital staff. Pleasant experience overall.
