Review is only about Svasthi Pharmacy..! Dr. Santosh is an amazing person, he was the cardio surgeon for my mom and sisters operation, since then we are regular to his clinic and we are happy about the service and care provided. I am deeply disappointed with the pharmacist, who is trying to blame the doctor for the timings of the pharmacy, I needed my moms medicine which are understandably only available at svasthi pharmacy and when I called the pharmacy at 4:15pm and requested him to come and give me the medicine he is simply denying to come a little early as his lunch timings are fixed by the management which are 1pm to 5pm, when I forced him he started being very rude and saying things like what did you do since morning and I can't be at the store whole day and serve you, I have family to look after and so on.. he is simply asking me to deal with the management who decided this timings. I understand while doctors work the whole mornings and serve us in the evening. Why is the pharmacy working part time ?? and who has given him right to be rude with the patients ??? As per my understanding no pharmacy is partime, they are supposed to be open full working hours to serve the patients. Pharmacy is also closed on a Sunday, but why???

We approached Svasthi clinic for my mother when her Blood Pressure was high. Santhosh Sir helped us understand when to worry about it, and my mother was completely relaxed. Conversation with Santhosh sir cures 50% of the problem. Santhosh Sir is very cautious about prescribing medicine and about dose. He prescribes only if needed and goes gradually. Even I approached Sir for my blood pressure. I am very confident that Sir will make me medicine free soon.
