Front office staff need to be briefed better on how to handle patients. Absolutely no manners and etiquette, no knowledge of the pre-tests that should've been briefed to us before going there than wasting time to get them done as we sat waiting for the Doctor. We had to reschedule our whole day to make time for this and ended up walking out since we were told it's going to take more than an hour and a half just waiting.

Left the clinic even before the doctor arrived. The staff had no clue what they were doing. Waited for 20 mins and was told that they are not accepting new cases despite the fact that I took an appointment a week prior.
