Dr. Apollo Clinic - Best Clinic in A S Rao Nagar, Hyderabad

I highly recommend this clinic for anyone needing to get tests done. The facility is exceptionally hygienic and well-maintained, creating a very clean and comfortable environment. The staff is not only disciplined and efficient but also incredibly respectful and kind, making the entire process smooth and pleasant. Furthermore, the clinic's location on the main road makes it very easy to access, which is a significant convenience. It's a truly nice place to visit for medical services. But the only thing is please be aware of test timings like xray and 2D echo if slot missed have to do it at a later time

We would like to express our disappointment with the service we received today at Apollo Clinic, A S Rao Nagar. There was no staff available to guide us or inform us about when to consult the doctor, despite there being no other patients waiting to see the Gynaecologist. We had to approach the front desk ourselves after noticing the doctor leaving the premises, just to ask whether she was done for the day or if we should continue waiting. It's concerning that there was no system in place to manage patient flow. Instead, we observed staff members standing around in groups, laughing loudly and calling out to each other in a manner that felt highly unprofessional. The overall ambience resembled a marketplace more than a healthcare facility. This experience was far below the standards we expected from the Apollo group. We urge you to take this feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to both the service and the environment, so that it reflects the professionalism and care expected of a clinic. While doing medical test in between test also Apollo people asking feedback? It's very ridiculous. Give priority to your duty. Do work in perfect manner. No need to beg for feedback. People will automatically give feedback if they like quality of your service.

It was great experience . They did very fastly . You can visit definitely for good service.

Extremely disappointed with the service at Apollo. It took them more than 10 days just to call back regarding pending tests -- completely unacceptable for any healthcare provider. On top of that, patients are made to wait for hours for doctor appointments, only to be told that the doctor is on the way. There is no proper communication, no respect for people's time, and absolutely no sense of urgency in handling patient concerns. Highly unprofessional experience. Worst clinic ever. 1) Firstly, their focus is on making you select the expensive health check up, though you have gone for a basic one. 2) It's overcrowded and they don't pay attention to you. 3) Check up happens in hurry. 4) It's been more than 10 days I didn't receive my reports or call from them. 5) Their phone number doesn't work. It's a pathetic overpriced brand Apollo. Worst experience.

My annual health check starts with giving Blood sample. Then height/BP/weight check Then I was sent for Lungs scan and right after that she ask me to scan QR code and select first option which is "I Will Recommend".. Are you kidding? That's it? Before my full healthcheck completes , she ask to give feedback and also she decides what feedback I should give. Then I was sent to TMT, here lady was so rough and dealing with 2 patients at a time inside TMT room. I felt like even 10 percent of politeness of the Maid who was cleaning floor would have been more than enough for that lady in TMT room. There no proper order.. it's like which ever room is free for test , they are sending patients to it. Receptionist i don't know her name, muslim girl hesitates to answer my questions. Example: they said Ultra sound was not included infact I was about to pay and go for the test but the way she was hesitating.. I felt like they are providing service for free. There is no update on when I will get my hardcopy reports. No call no message nothing. I went based on the reviews on google map but then I realised how they are forcing people what to give in the feedback.
