Worst hospital, waste of money and time, I went for thyroid treatment, on my first visit everything seems to be good ,next session the doctor husband who is also doctor sat inside and looking seriously and in this session I have no choice of telling my condition and the doctor also not interested to listen my condition and thoroughly sent me off.

One of the Worst Hospital in Sathupally. This hospital staff behavior very rude and they charge very high price for treatment. Recently I went to this hospital for my Grandfather hand treatment without Treatment they said he's hand not cure. We asked how can you say this without treatment. They are argue on my family. We went to One of the Private hospital in Hyderabad. My Grandfather now perfectly alright. They main Moto is patients spend more day in hospital they can charge more money on patient. Sathupally Government hospital better than this hospital....

Pathetic experience EVER ! There are people called aneesh and deepti who are part of hospital staff. Behaved extremely rude. Staff did the ECG test without our knowledge and asking us make the payment. Still we haven't denied. If that is the case they should have brought the medicines as well. Which they didn't. Though we agreed to make the payment yet they continued to arguing. Deepthi And says step out once you make the payment. When we ask, is the way you treat people who come to hospital. He says this is what my behavior is. My humble request to management is due this kind of behavior of your staf. Your hospital reputation may gets damage. Hope my feedback is addressed.

WORST EXPERIANCE. They put board for RT-PCR in hospital, I paid Rs 800. At last they did Antigen. When I asked why didn't do RT-PCR. they started arguing me you haven't mention test name. But, what does board tell us????. Further, THEY SAID RECEIPT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR PAYMENT AND TEST REPORT TOO. . I asked them YOUR BOARD SHOWS ONLY RT-PCR at your bill counter & other places in hospital premises & nothing told about Antigen how could I assume you do Antigen test, received reply rudely saying there are 10 types of tests how can we know what test you need. If you see ,I also put comment "RT-PCR" in payment . I request hospital management to train staff to be soft-spoken and to listen the patient first instead of shouting.

At tier3 town mean level they are above excellence, matching best in the Healthcare Sector. As it in initial stages, they need to set up the right pace in approaching the patients.. Wishing them great success in their approach.

When i visited to vijetha hospital it is very clean and hygiene and staff are very friendly. Very polite attitude and well responsive staff. Doctors are very free and they address the problem very well. They treated me as a family member. Now i am doing well. Thank you vijetha hospital sathupally

Very bad place for patients, I suggest not to see it at all, as my sis pregnent, we went their for the operation at delivery time, but the staff even the doctor is no so perfect that they even don't give the patient the confidence that she and the baby will be healthy.
