That lady receptionist was very rude and don't know how to behave with patient and patient attenders. We ask anything she will raise her voice and she will advice us - u should know about hospital policies, room/procedure charges, without knowledge why r u coming. She said same thing. U have to be patience as a receptionist, u r coming not for scrolling mobile phone. U r there for patients to give service. I would like give -0.1 Rating.
