Went there today for the first time though I had heard lot of good experience from my wife but felt it myself. The place is neat and clean, staff very courteous and helpful especially Fara who was very professional in her approach and went out of the way to make you feel at ease. The interaction of the doctor was also very friendly and they explain the things in the simplest language so that the patients should understand the things being explained. Overall very good experience

My health coordinator Uma was polite, helpful and provided guidance throughout my stay making the entire process smooth. The doctors I interacted with were highly skilled. They took the time to listen to my concerns, explaining everything in detail, making me feel comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Citizens for your exceptional care.

I had a great experience at Citizens Hospital. I was admitted in a semi conscious state but the emergency ward staff was highly professional, caring and attentive. The doctors were highly qualified, experienced and diagnosed my cause of ailment, explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. I'm truly grateful for the excellent care I received. I was extremely impressed with the coordination package provided by the hospital, especially the dedicated support from the coordination team led by Uma. From the moment we arrived, every step -- from consultations to tests and follow-ups -- was clearly explained and smoothly arranged. The entire staff was professional, friendly, and always available to assist or clarify anything. Given the high individual costs of tests, the comprehensive package and seamless coordination truly added value to the overall experience.

I had a very good experience with Dr. Paritosh Anand (pediatrician) and Dr.Aparna Vijay Kumar (Neurologist). Both doctors were very patient, listened carefully to my concerns, and explained the treatment clearly. I really appreciate the time and care given during the consultation.
