I visited the Hospital recently and had a good experience. The staff were very kind, helpful, and caring. They spoke politely and supported patients well. The nurses and doctors were experienced and explained everything clearly. The hospital was very clean and neat. The maintenance was good, and all the rooms were tidy. Washrooms were clean, and there was no bad smell. Everything was well-organized.

My sister in-law delivered a baby girl last week, she was hospitalized for 3 days and the care given by the nurse is much appreciated, they are very polite and explain each and every procedure to patients and attenders in layman language. I would specifically call out Jhansi and Veena who were there throughout our stay and ensure our baby and mother recover soon, good job ladies

The 2 star rating I have given is purely for the Birthright wing and the doctors. The management of the Rainbow Children's Hospital wing is world's apart from the treatment and medical experience. This is what you experience at Rainbow. Neither the MOD or the other management staff are least bothered about the wellbeing of the patients or the newborns. Make a wise choice for the mother and the baby after delivery. The doctor's are really great and knowledgeable but the management staff is a huge let down!! Very poor management. Despite multiple requests, the construction work has not been halted and they are even charging money to place patients and newborns in such an environment. Please watch the videos and listen to the noise. Imagine if you are in this situation and nobody cares!

From the moment we arrived until discharge, the doctors, nurses, and support staff made sure both mother and baby were in safe hands. The gynecologist and pediatric team were very professional, caring, and explained every step clearly. The delivery process was smooth, and postnatal care was exceptional. The staff was always available, attentive, and supportive, especially during those first few hours after delivery. Clean and hygienic rooms, warm environment, and proper guidance made the experience very comforting. Highly recommended for expecting mothers
