Receptionist krishnaveni was very good in understanding the seriousness and criticality of everyone's reason and then takes decision on priority basis whom to send first to doctor.i went in for small fracture in my toes. They called in orthopedic dr ravi teja sir who took my case on priority and resolved it within 5 mins as it was just dislocation and not actual fracture.i was really impressed by his quick analysis and treatment. Blessed to have such doctor in beerumguda. Nurse Naseema was the best as I didn't even feel a prick while giving injection. First time in my life I didn't feel any pain and didn't felt any pain in the site. If I ever take injection I will take from her in future.

The doctors here are well-experienced and professional, and I truly appreciate the quality of care provided. One area that I feel could be improved is the **ventilation** in the clinic.
