Extremely disappointed with Vasuda Hospital, Mancherial - especially for cardiology. We took our grand mother for a heart-related issue and were assigned to Dr. Venugopal Rao. The experience was very upsetting. The doctor was extremely rude, showed no empathy towards a senior patient, and was completely money-minded. It felt like the focus was more on pushing expensive tests and procedures rather than genuinely helping the patient. There was no clear communication, and we constantly felt pressured rather than cared for. This is not how a hospital, especially one handling sensitive cardiac cases, should operate. I strongly do not recommend this hospital for any cardiology treatment. Please consider other options where compassion, honesty, and ethical treatment are prioritized.
