Dr. Arogya Hospitals - Cancer, Cardiac and Critical Care

Arogya Hospital has been one of the most frustrating experiences I've ever had, especially with the Cath Lab team. The staff there seem absolutely disinterested in patient care. They kept us waiting endlessly, not because they were busy, but because they simply couldn't be bothered to get up from their chairs. There's a shocking lack of urgency or empathy for people who are already in distress. It felt like they'd only attend to you when they "feel like it" -- not when you actually need help. If you're looking for professional, timely, or even basic human treatment, this is NOT the place to go. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. A hospital should be about care -- here, it's just careless.

Dr.P.Subba Rao garu. Treatment is excellent. Doctor is so friendly nature with patient and he explained situation very clear. We satisfied so much.

The ICU were very good and hygiene. Doctors and Hospital staff are very knowledgeable and are very polite while answering our queries. Overall treatment is very good and facilities are very good. But should consider in improving in below: 1. Dinning area are Patients are open and had less occupancy. 2. AC is not available outside the ICU at 2nd floor. Due to clossure at all sides it is horrible in summer to sit for the Patients attenders.

Hospital hygiene is superb. 5 floor building with good quality rooms. Good doctors but I have mention staff behaviour is worst especially working sisters. They took 5 hours for typing discharge summery and that too many mistakes in it. They need improve way of talking.

My mother underwent hernia mesh repair surgery under DR.Vinay kumar sir and the treatment was very good and the hospital maintenance was also nice.

Dr.Bhupathi Naidu sir treated for kidney stones rirs surgery .. his treatment was good . Hospital staff and nurses are also so supportive and good..ambience also good

The staff approach was not satisfactory. I had to wait at the helpdesk and then visit another helpdesk to book my appointment. Despite clearly stating that I needed to see a General Surgeon, I was booked with a different consultant. That doctor then referred me back to a General Surgeon. When I returned to the helpdesk, I was asked to pay an additional consultation fee. The staff would benefit from improved listening skills and a softer, more patient-friendly approach. However, the overall hospital environment was pleasant, and the waiting halls provided a comfortable space to rest during the wait.

Harsha sir and sumanth treated very well .we felt very happy .and over all management is good but nursing staff behavior not ok .
