I am writing to express our deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding a recent experience at Vijaya Diagnostic Center, Peerzadiguda (beside Spark Hospital). An ultrasound test at your center, and the report stated no signs of PCOD. However, when we consulted our doctor, he rejected the report outright, pointing out that two important diagnostic parameters were missing. On his advice, we repeated the scan at another diagnostic center -- and the results came back PCOD positive. We were shocked. We have trusted Vijaya Diagnostics for years and always believed in the accuracy and professionalism of your services. This incident has completely shaken that trust. To make matters worse, we were charged more than the other center -- and were even asked to pay in advance just to reserve an appointment. What are we paying extra for -- an incomplete and incorrect report? The other center charged less and gave us a correct, complete diagnosis. This is not just a small error -- it affects medical treatment, peace of mind, and the overall credibility of your brand. Of course, we expect a response like, "Sorry sir, it won't happen again," but that's not enough when health is involved. We are genuinely disappointed and hope that you will take this complaint seriously and ensure corrective actions are taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

The staff are very polite and friendly. Though iam little late for 2d echo, the staff has accommodated my test. I really thank them a lot.

Workflow was smooth, they addressed our questions appropriately. Radiologist (Dr Rithvik Reddy) was very helpfully and asked about our concerns and explained his findings well.
