One of the best cardiac hospitals in india. The staff is friendly and the doctors are experienced. They provide healthy food for family attenders in their canteen. Hygiene is maintained 24/7.

1. The day patient was admitted, the doctor went on leave . This should've been informed at prior admitting the patient. 2. The ambience and cleanliness of the hospital is perfect but the washrooms has foul odour with damaged doors . 3. One receptionist was very rude. But Aseema and Humera were really helpful everytime. 5/5 for them 4. Dr.Barkat Ali, Mohammed Ghouse and other sisters in the SICU and MICU were really helpful and cooperative . 5/5 for them 5.Dr. Mohammed Akhter might be the best surgeon but he is extremely rude and impolite. 0/5 The day he came after his leave , he went into a surgery, after which he was extremely rude , aggresive and impolite which has broken the patient's confidence and self-esteem. Also , he added after the patient complained about Back pain , headache and cold in the ICU he said , I am your heart doctor not your cold-flu, backache or any other doctor. Later he said that give him discharge and write that they are going against medical rules . While we only asked him for date of Bypass surgery and we would go home and recover from the atmosphere and environment and come back for surgery. Then he added, If you want to do the surgery do it or if you don't want , then your choice. Being a doctor and being in a service sector he cannot take decisions without patients and his families consent. Also if he had done a surgery and can't face another person/patient , he shouldnt come out of the room or his department to meet the next patient. This shows how rude he is . If he is able to attend another patient he should come out of the room to meet him. Thankyou.

One of the finest hospitals and the charge and responsibility they take can be weighed. At that time, I enquired few patients who came from jabalpur madhya pradesh, gave some strength and they trusted this hospital. So I fearlessly admitted my guruji here. *As I visited the hospital post COVID situation, wearing mask and socks(they'll offer at entrance) is mandatory. *Children under 14years are not allowed to visit. * Try to reach with minimum luggage as no bags are allowed into the hospital. * Full hospital staff are taking good care of the patients.

My mother joined for Mitral valve replacement in UMCC.UMCC doctors team successfully replace the valve & She came Normal condition. Thanks to UMCC.

Worst hospital in respect to service from staffs. Doctors are good though. I just asked for a Angiogram CD, they don't accept Onlince payment, they don't provide it online through mail, they don't courier it, they don't reply for mails, they don't serve you on sunday(though you go there after confirming), etc. I don't know if someone asks there staff if you take emergency case through phone and go there, they will not have enough resouces to cater to your need on sunday. They will just ask you to come on monday.

Now a days they are also started comercial They not allowing out side bleed testing. If you what take inside cost is to high

Please read this message if you are coming to Hyderabad for treatment at this hospital, especially, if a hospital in your city has referred you to this place. Avoid this hospital. Poorly managed. Went to this hospital to donate blood for a patient. Security was rude. Reception staff needs strong training on soft skills. Most of the hospital seems to be empty. You can easily guess it by checking the vehicles in parking and in reception. There are really good hospitals in Hyderabad than this one.
