Dr. St Theresa's Multi Specialty Hospital

Very sad experience. Extremely Disappointing Experience I am deeply dissatisfied with the service at this hospital. Patients, including myself, were clearly unhappy with the way things were handled. The staff did not seem properly trained and lacked basic medical knowledge, which is unacceptable in a healthcare environment. There was no professionalism in communication, and many staff members appeared to have little or no prior experience. This resulted in unnecessary delays, poor patient care, and a lack of confidence in their treatment process. Hospitals are meant to be places of care, compassion, and competence, but sadly, this facility failed in all three areas. Immediate action and proper staff training are urgently needed to improve patient safety and satisfaction.

There are no proper scanning facilities available for 24/7, as the hospital claim it is functional 24/7 ,all the service should also be for 24/7, i got admitted we have just wait for scan for 12 hrs in the hospital if the scanning facility was there for all the time, my problem would be detected and treatment would be according to that. Present Scanning doctors are so good but hospital should appointment more scanning doctors for 24hrs. There is so much waiting and partiality at the scan when I went for the NT scan and attender or nurse inside the scanning room is so partial that she is just sending the known faces first and waiting other people one lady who was 8 months pregnant was kept waiting. She keeps on telling your turn will come after her, but it never came and I was waiting before no one came and scanning doctor also. I took appointment before one week but nurse didn't care of that and told that I took appointment but she was reckless , it would be difficult for pregnant women to wait for hours who took appointment before hand. Please look into it. But my doctor murthy sir and his assistant doctor spurthy was so cool and informative.

The one star which is given here is not for the doctors but for the administration and infrastructure. The treatment is soothing and effective but the administration and management is frustratingly derogative worse infrastructure. It's supposed to be a trust hospital but they charge unnecessary hospital services. Dont know what special hospital service they give. Horrible wards and dirty too. Canteen food is eatable but only once because you may get yourself admitted in a hospital after eating insects lying dead in the food even then I won't recommend this organisation. Jesus shows the path of service to mankind is service to God but the administration here thinks service to themselves is service to God Only good part is friendly doctors and very satisfying treatment.

The Best Hospital in the Hyderabad city, The Doctors are very Polite, Humble and Friendly. The Cost of any Treatment is very reasonable when compare to other hospitals. Doctors are very much experienced. Especially the cleanliness of the hospital is very Hygienic. I recommend to all if any health issue visit to this hospital at affordable prices and quality healthcare. Thanks to all St.Theresa's Staff and Management.

They take 2&half hour Just for follicular scan.. Once scan was done they said to wait for reports for more one hour.. before Scan was done Gyneac Department doctor's were left the room to whom we should have to show the Reports...???assistant in usg room was carrying horns on her head very irresponsive .. Over all Very worst Management not as before.. I req Those who are Mentor's or so called Head of Operations will have To look into it... Atleast don't make patients suffer with your poor management system.i paid scanning bill on 12pm it's almost 3pm toget done ...no doctor's are there to show

COMMERCIAL TO THE CORE HOSPITAL no minimal maintenance.worst ..shame on hospital management for poor maintenance .DIFINETLY NOT RECOMMENDED FOR MOTHER AND CHILD. Worst experience of hospital maintenance Literally general maternity ward is just similar to govt hospitals.lots of mosquito though out the hospital. Mosquitoes are like every where.even I found some cockroaches roaming in maternity ward near by patients beds Poor maintenance . definitely not recommended for delivering mothers No proper beds there is not even bed height adjustment Beds and matress for delivery mother are really worst atleast there should be some care regarding new babies. An incident happened in front of me a small kid is suffering from pneumonia they kept on observation till long until it became serious lead to fitts to child. then they informed proper equipment is not available in hospital time around night 10.30 pm plz take and go to another children hospital.such a reckless behaviour till the patient is serious. Atleast have some mercy on people.

Good Hospital in Sanathnagar and Erragadda area. I visited to many hospitals regarding for my sisters treatment of gynecology, but no other hospitals treated well. In this hospital my sister got a best treatment at affordable price and thanks to doctors and all.
